Booked at 7:00pm for 8:00pm and were told to come back in 20-30 minutes as our table was not available due to a problem causing a backlog. After reluctantly waiting for half an hour we returned to be told the people at our table hadn’t ordered their desserts yet and that we would have to wait even longer if we wanted our table. Overall the booking was pointless and the staff really didn’t know what to do other than provide us with an extremely inaccurate estimate to our wait time. Considering we booked an hour in advance it seemed rather careless that we weren’t even warned of the wait, the booking system could also have been stopped to prevent customers wasting their time. I believe we were’t alone as it seemed other unhappy customers were also being turned away after a long wait.

21st wedding anniversary. We ordered off the A La Carte menu. 1 main sent back, a Tropicale pizza (premium so paid extra) it had 1pc ham, 1pc pineapple and cheese per slice. Absolutely smothered in chilli jam which wasn't mentioned on the menu. No basil whatsoever. Thin slimy and bendy. Queried with the waitress and she blamed the company as it met the standards required. Sent back warm cookie dough dessert, it was like saw dust, crumbly hard and cold and after 15 mins arguing with waiter the ice cream was still in tact so definitely stand my ground on this one. From booking the tables (which can be quite taxing through this coronavirus times), to leaving the customer service has been impeccable!

We had the bottomless pizza and Prosecco which was great! Pizzas we DELICIOUS and the Prosecco was of very good quality.

Before arriving I was concerned that they would be stingy with the food and drinks but they were so attentive, as soon as they saw the pizza was finished or the glasses were empty they were right there to replenish!

Special shout of to Karia who looked after us so well. Although we were on separate tables because the atmosphere was so friendly it did not matter.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to go to, you will be disappointed.
