I was pleasantly surprised as an Indian cook myself....

We sat and looked at the menu, we had to put the torch on to see the menu. And straight away they put the lights on brighter for us. We all had a big laugh and thanked them. They were very accommodating....

Poppadoms and dips with drinks came while we glanced at the menu. My husband and I are vegetarian and straight away we saw the veggie options stand out as they had Green leaf on them. Our group ordered 2 Chicken tikka + 2 Chilli Paneer - they were all flavoursome and hot in temperatures (I'd have it again).

Mains - Shadi Paneer & Garlic Naan, Paneer Jalfrezi & Garlic Naan, Paneer Dhansak (it's not on the menu but the Will make it as requested), Chicken tikka Masala Fried Rice & Garlic Naan. All mains came piping hot and tasted absolutely delicious.

For an Indian I was pleasantly surprised to have such an amazing restaurant in Stratford Upon Avon.

The staff & management are lovely. Very attaintve as the kept asking if everything was ok & if we needed anything else. We had a lovely chat with the manager. We wish him all the best with his new venture

While we sat there I saw many people coming in to collect their takeaway and a deliveroo guy. They were busy.

I will definitely be coming back & recommend it to everyone.....

While working away with work, a quick Google of places to eat for the area as I fancied an Indian, on looking at Google it had decent reviews, so decided to visit, bearing in mind it's January & it's middle of the week, first impressions, when I walked in, wasn't very busy, but it was very clean & warm, was approached by a lovely member of staff called Una, as I found out later her name, I was presented the menu & asked if I required a drink & also if I'd like poppadoms, these all arrived promptly, my order was taken & I only had to wait for my food around 10minutes, to which I ordered tandoori mixed grill, boiled rice, tikka sauce, Peshawar naan & a portion of onion bhajis, see enclosed pictures, all served very hot & presented well, overall great service by all staff, great food, value for money, I'd recommend to others if your in the area & I'd definitely visit again, I even spoke to the owner, very nice bloke & I even was offered a drink of my choice on paying my bill, great hospitality for a working night away from home, overall a great Indian restaurant in Stratford, I always leave a honest & truthful review of places...

I have been in the restaurant couple of times and have ordered in as well. I ordered through deliveroo today and wasnt happy with how chole puri was delivered. Chole spread on the puri which made the puri soggy and watery! This is not how chole puri is served / it is served separately.

I called in to complain and i was told that this is how it is served in the restaurant as well. I pointed to the pic of the dish on deliveroo too where it shows it as separate.

No apology, nothing. She could have just said that this is how we de it, apologies if u didn’t like it, what can i do to make it right? Please train your front desk on better customer service.

Then they try and make it right and deliver me the dish separately with a rewuest to not order from them again . You had a second chance to make it right - yes we will update pic on deliveroo etc etc!

Not seen an establishment fail at customer service twice in a single transaction! First principle of running a business is to listen to feedback! But i felt like all fell on deaf ears! This is how we do it! Take it or leave...
