Disappointing Experience at Tzatziki 34: Poorly Cooked Food and Unpleasant Atmosphere. I recently visited Tzatziki 34 hoping for a delightful dining experience. However, my visit turned out to be quite disappointing, and I feel it's important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision.

First and foremost, the quality of the food was far from satisfactory. The dishes I ordered, including the chips and meat, were clearly not cooked properly. The chips were soggy and lacked that crispy texture one expects, while the meat was disappointingly bland and tasteless. It was evident that attention to detail and the execution of flavours were lacking in the kitchen.

What further marred my dining experience was the behaviour of one of the staff members, whom I presume was either a waiter or a chef. Throughout my meal, this individual continuously stared at me in a way that felt intrusive and uncomfortable. It created an unpleasant atmosphere and left me feeling uneasy throughout my visit.

As a paying customer, I believe it's essential to receive not only quality food but also courteous and professional service. Unfortunately, Tzatziki 34 failed to meet these basic expectations. Such a combination of poorly cooked food and intrusive service made my overall experience at this establishment highly unsatisfactory.

It is my hope that the management of Tzatziki 34 takes note of these concerns and takes steps to address the issues at hand. It's important for any restaurant to uphold high standards and prioritise customer satisfaction.

Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend Tzatziki 34 to others, as there are certainly better options available in Stratford-upon-Avon. I suggest exploring other dining establishments in the area to ensure a more enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Some highlights from this peculiar but great experience:

The service - truly and without exaggeration the most attentive service received. It was cash only and I didn't have cash but the young lad on the counter made a joke about it and directed me to the nearest cash point - he put the order through first so the food could start before I got back and paid. Little details, I know, but really the service was some of the best I experienced. Same lad checked we were enjoying our food a few times as well - really great.

The decor - absolutely surreal. Horrifying AI art with the word Tzatziki misspelled; the most egregious Disney-Lawsuit-Waiting-To-Happen series of horribly misspelled Midjourney-ass canvases. Like most artists, I think AI art is absolutely disgusting EXCEPT HERE - these guys can do whatever they want. Who has the balls to blatantly rip off the most aggressive cease-and-desist lawyers in history??? Tzatziki restaurant in Stratford, that's who.

The food - like really surprisingly nice? Yeah it's pricey but it's the centre of a tourist trap highstreet. The chips were fantastic (where most people would probably just phone it in), everything was visibly freshly cooked, the veggie options were good (as expected in a Greek place tbf). Honestly good value for the quality of food.

Overall, this place is an experience and i'm still talking about it over a month later so it deffo made an impact. Also shout out to the unexplained JLR crossover - stay...

WOW...... JUST WOW!!!!!!! This place is genuinely amazing a Propper greek place run by a Propper greek family. We were super lucky to go in when it was quiet, and before you know it all the family are happily chatting away to us and showcasing all the different foods they make. George the dad was bringing out samples of the meats they do for our own impressions, as they take all there food very seriously. Highlight is the pork they do which they source personally to ensure quality and they have there own particular marinade.....(family secret) honestly food is on another level. They really have captured the atmosphere of being on holiday in Greece, we absolutely adored our brief experience.
