King's Flavour Sunderland — Restaurant in Sunderland

I will never ever be going back. This place has gone down hill drastically.

Myself and my partner came in late at night for a quick snack. We agreed a price for the remaining chicken with the staff as they would cook no more. We agreed what we wanted etc and sat down.

They never asked for payment so we sat and waited assuming we would pay when it was ready.

20 minutes later we asked how the food was coming. The staff member said with a grin we sold it.

So we sat in a grubby eating area having doubts about the cleanliness of the place to start with only to be told with a grin the food was gone.

The staff member seemed to find it hilarious and had the communication skills of a gerbil which probably contributed towards the whole situation.

This place is awful compared to the decent standard it used to hold. I have fond memories of it years ago and the amazing donuts they did/ good chicken. It will never get our...

Never eat from this indian chicken shop got poisened becase they keep the chicken in unsafe enviorment now i will report them to health and safety departmant of sunderland council for contaminated chicken and fries their frying oil is awful and it looks like motor oil or diseal it is cheap and there is a reason for it they dont have any hygine and needs to be closed permanently the grill covered in sticky black paste that left over cooked and uncooked chicken and burned and everyhting looks so dirty and the place is soo bad i dont have the picture now becase i ate it yesterday and now i am poisined cant walk please and please reort this place and make...

I take chickens form them usually and today thought to have Donner meat . Price mentioned on menu for small white box ( box not mentioned in menu , guy on front desk said it’s for small box ) was 3.50£ . I asked for medium and large box prices which actually he thought and made up by himself so I finally asked him to give medium one which he charged me 5.50£ To my surprise it was simple donner meat with out any spice or sauce on it as well as the box was hardly half filled not even enough for a one person with good appetite . It was not worthier for 5.50£ ....
