McDonald's — Restaurant in Sunderland

Its only right i put a 1 star. Just because it was just bad. Overall manegment was atrocious. Very bad experience ¬¬

(( Female member of staff was overall creating a bad enviroment and a sense of jeliousy and spitefulness.

Furthur, even a member of staff working in the back had to ask this floor member producing a negative atmosphere to get back to work. This female looked rushed off her feet and still found the time to tell her to get back to work)) That aint nothing its just how it was.

The mature way to deal with this issue would be to contact the manager. I was approached by a female with overall abysmal uniform standard. I almost laughed. but yeah. She aint for a managment role.

I explained the situation in detail. To alow her to understand the environment this member of staff was creating. The manager didnt seem to grasp the issue. Dont know why.

This female then went to get another manager. I had to explain the issue again. Even furthur, The first manager gave a very very disrespectful and broad termanioligy to the issue at hand. (The first female didnt even explain the issue to the manager. I had to waste more time explaining it further.)

This should of been a very easy task for a resturant with 2 apparent managers.

To escilate futhur, a third female with no uniform, came to interupt. With an intergection of "she was outside having a cigarette" very low value. Very embarrassing for her. She started getting delusional saying that "she" was ment to be the manager. Althought, what ever it was. The attitude and abilitys were weak from this girl. She just got emotional. She just started laughting and pointing at the wall. Then walked off. Very embarrassing. And very imature.

As you can see a simple staff complaint took about 20mins she didn't even know how to handle the information i gave them It was a very simple process made difficult by dilusunal uncooperative females which couldnt take...

I personally thought that it was only right to give this place a 1 star rating as I went for a meal with my friends, we decided to use table Service and one of the workers came over to us and said, “we’re not doing table service for this table anymore, we’ve been back and forth, back and forth, honestly get up your selves and get the food your selves, it’s ridiculous”!

Now in my opinion if your restaurant/cafe has got table service as an option, then the workers especially shouldn’t be complaining even though it’s there job and their getting paid.

Now people might think that, “oh it’s just teenagers” etc. Me and my friends didn’t use verbal language or anything bad for public, we were just doing what any customer at McDonald’s would do, order the food and select table service, that was it.

So this brings me to the conclusion that this McDonald’s in particular has earned its 1...

The 2 young people on counter were totally overwhelmed as it was extremely busy, at least 30 drinks and ice-creams on the stand with people refusing to take the melted ice creams. No toy in happy meal and no sauces or napkins as requestedwhen order was placed,,loads of delivery bags standing for ages so id hate to think i was getting one of those deliveries, our food was on the cool side but couldnt go back to the counter as had a baby in a highchair,,,the cleaner in the diner was extremely slow and not very friendly....having being an employee of McDonald's i could not help but compare this store to mine and it definitely pales in comparison...
