i am infuriated! today, i had purchased an inflatable boat to enjoy myself on the beach and make the most out of my experience. So, i saw this shop and it had the boat i wanted so i bought it but then i went back down to the beach and we realised it had a puncher in it. Therefore, as any normal person would do, we came back and requested a refund. However, the workers challenged this and put the blame on us that they sold us an inflatable with a puncher?🤬 So, we then came back realising we will not be defeated by these workers we knew who were in the wrong. We then spoke to the manager (the rudest person EVER) putting the blame on us and saying if the other manager got involved he would say the same thing (“it’s part of our policy”) So, she called the over manager. And this manager was very nice and got us a new boat so we had actually been lied too the whole time by the over manager but we respect the other manager who actually put an effort in to fulfil his customers happiness! (respect to gerry) however, will not be going back to buy a boat there again, 33 pound for just horrible service! oh yes, and may i also mention when i went back the first time to complain about this puncher. I then asked speak to one of there manger who was also very rude to me after that I asked for someone that wasn’t her because she was so rude and wasn’t trying to sort the issue out at all.
