Bitterly disappointed after standing in the queue for 15-20 mins, only to be told that they did not have waffles/doughnuts DESPITE these still being displayed on the window. No sign out to say "Doughnuts/Waffles unavailable" or cover up the items on the display save people wasting time queueing up, was a number of us wanting this and were extremely angry at the fact we'd waited to get to the front only to be told the items we wanted were not available.

Doesn't take 60 seconds to either cover up an item that is not available, get a blackboard with chalk to place outside hand-written. It's just basic communication skills which seem to be lapse and that should be the top of the list for shops so that customers know if they're going to get their order come the time they get to the till to place and pay for the order.

A lot of money lost, all for the sake of something that would have taken 60 seconds probably lost you about £30 or more.

Do the basics, you won't get these...

They have lovely hot doughnuts but unfortunately yesterday (Saturday) they had run out. I asked if they would have some today (Sunday), they didn't know. So I asked when next they will have some. They didn't know. What a shame.

. . . . so, here we are, one whole week later, again on a Saturday - and STILL no doughnuts. "Oh dear, are we too late?" I said but apparently no - there hadn't been any all day. "Ok, I'll just have a de-caff coffee then" I said - but guess what, no de-caff coffee either. The lady who served us was very sweet and very apologetic but we are now looking for somewhere else to go.

Oh dear!

But - just to add that the lady who was serving was really sweet and...

Very expensive today, I asked the young server for a very small ice cream for an 18 month old child, she was very happy to do this.. Few seconds later the manager?? rushed over and said I would still have to pay full price for this morsal. Just give me another tiny one for the other child and charge for one normal size I said . NO WE DON'T DO THAT came the reply. Bad business decision, as locals we won't return, just carry on ripping of the tourists, I can spend £24 elsewhere..... Phone number given for this business...
