Yummy Yummy — Restaurant in Thanet

We've been going to yummy yummy for years and I won't lie, the food is very very good but that's if you get what you asked for. My 14 year old daughter wanted to buy herself some Chinese with her own money and one of the things she ordered was plain chow mein with no veg and thick noodles. After the driver had delivered it my daughter exitedly opened the bag to dish up and found the plain chow mein with no veg but thin noodles. So I phoned them up and I'm sure it was a child that answered the phone. She then went into the background without even asking me to hold and all I could hear was shouting in their language. After about 15 minutes of waiting she came back on the phone and said she was really sorry but they couldn't cook us what we wanted because the chef was too busy cooking the next orders. When I said that it wasn't my fault and that we'd got something that we didn't ask for. So then I asked for my money back and she put the phone down on me. My daughter was very upset. I recently placed an order at this establishment and words cannot describe how disgusting the entire experience was for me and my family. We live approximately 15 minutes from “YummyYummy” and the first problem was that the order was approximately 20 minutes late. Upon calling them a lady stated that she was sorry but they hadn’t started even cooking the meal yet. A man then began talking and stated that his driver had just walked through the door (yeah right) and would leave now. 25 minutes later, the food arrived and it was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was hot and the majority of the food was cold. I am 20 weeks pregnant and to be quite honest me and my family were absolutely starving. As I began eating the ribs, I realised that they were undercooked and we ended up throwing the entire meal in the bin. Even the cat wouldn’t eat it. I gather they cooked the food as much as they could in 5-10 mins then chucked it to the driver and hoped for the best. Do not use this place. Sent the wrong order we stated no seafood and the chips were dripping in oil!and then when a replacement was sent and we started to tuck in there were pubic hairs all in our food!!!!!! We phoned them and they said about this disgusting act they had done and they had had the cheek to say well the food u sent back was all mixed in so u went to eat it!!! Sounds like they were gonna resell it on! My partner went up there and took the food we got back out the bin and demanded a refund. He popped outside to call me for the order number and when he went back in they were laughing with each other and saw him walk back in and quickly stopped laughing and told him to contact just eat for a refund.
