Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Uttlesford

I asked for soy milk in my coffee whilst I was there today because real milk sets off my acid badly. The server agreed although tried to get me to agree to have cream on my coffee? When she gave me my coffee she said she almost ‘ forgot ‘ and almost gave me real milk but it was soy. So I drank it and anyway, I had an absolutely awful experience by the time I got on the plane my acid reflux had flared up terribly and my stomach was absolutely awful. And I spent the whole flight suffering and in pain. The acid burnt my throat like it does so now I’ve spent my first night of my holiday just in absolute pain. They need to train their staff better to take things more seriously. It wasn’t even ridiculously busy....

Honestly, I bought a Coffee on the 17th July with Naomi, she did a very good job! 5* Unfortunately every time I get there its just one poor fellow who has to serve 3 4 people at a time. And its a lot of tension doing so. Unlike the arrival shops where people have time enough waiting 2 3 hours for boarding. This one here is at the coach station where people want to grab a cup and snack rushing for the bus. Thats really sometimes tight if you got 3 people infront of you. Beautiful store inside Stansted airport. The dining room for customers is really beautiful, full of books arranged side by side to form a large semicircle wall. The store is well cared for in every detail, very clean, the girl often came by to collect the cups, with great respect. The staff very kind and helpful. The manager is a very good person, ready to respond to customer needs with a smile and kindness. I was on July 7, 2023, in the morning, and it was a wonderful experience.
