Please don’t order from here. I ordered the meat thali. The 2 meat dishes which were chicken tikka and lamb bhuna. They both Had a wartime ration of meat in them. I spent more time sifting through the sauce in desperate hope that some meat would appear than I did enjoying some juicy tender meat that I was anticipating. The chicken portion was 1/4 of a chicken breast and the lamb Bhuna had one actual chunk of meat and the rest was just meat crumbs that someone had scrapped off the bottom of a pan. Service again dreadful. When politely asking the manager to make a complaint about my order he got extremely defensive before I had even explained what happened. His words being ā€œthat’s not my problemā€ Clearly what has happened is as it was late the feckless kitchen staff couldn’t be bothered to cook anymore meat so dishes out scraps that Winston Churchill would be disgusted by. If you want a 1940’s London blitz style curry with wartime rations order here. If you have any respect for yourself avoid at all costs.

I had doubts when I went to the restaurant. Seemed that I was the only one there. But once food arrived I immediately knew this was a gem in UK for Indians. I order Peshawari Naan with Veg sabzi along with Jeera Rice and Dal Tadka. The food was awesome 🤩

Not a great experience, the driver has seemed to have dropkicked the meal before giving it to us. Shame as I sure the food would have been better if the driver knew the area and could find us before it went cold too.

We both ordered lamb curries one balti one korma, with poppadom, vegetable rice and mushroom rice and naan bread. The Naan bread was ok as was the poppadom. The lamb korma was tender and delicious but the balti was gristly, tough and the sauce was semi thick tasteless gravy. The veg curry was undercooked and sauce was very watery when these issues were raised the guy just shrugged his shoulders.

We had a glass of water each which was reluctantly replenished.

The toilet : the carpet was a trip hazard and unsecured. The whole venue is in a desperate state only heated by an electric heater hardly welcoming. The usual trade is delivery/takeaway which holds priority.

Tried to eat in previously but was turned away as it was too busy with 10 guests on an eat as much as you can deal.

Will take my business elsewhere trying to help out a local business and this how we...

This was officially the worst customer service I've ever had by far. We called up because two of the meat dishes has hardly any meat whatsoever (4 tiny pieces) and the man's answer was simply 'well that's your problem' and 'well others have ordered it and they were fine with it'. That's a remark of a schoolboy who can't control his attitude. I've never heard customer service like it, he was absolutely fine to get into an argument with us! We came across very fair and received this immature response.

Guys it takes a lot for me to complain, I barely ever do. BUT STAY A COUNTRY MILE AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. The serving size and customer service is nothing other...
