Tiffins — Restaurant in Vale of White Horse

Express Business Lunch is misleading and misinformed scam, they advertise one thing on the leaflet and provide something else. We ordered two express business lunch for home delivery, Leaflet clearly says they do free home deliver above £12(see image, £13 in total). they refused to do it. Also there is two side and two main dishes. but they gave me portions of just side dishes. I spoke to manager , he was evasive and did not care to bother. If they are not making money out of it then they should not advertise wrongly, this is clear scam. Very disappointed!!! Would recommend others to avoid this restaurant as they don't have principles or ethics in business.

Response, re:misunderstanding--- I don't think i have misunderstood, why didn't you do free delivery ? And how come side and main dishes are of the same portion irrespective of meat...

Tiffins Abingdon has good reputation locally and i have been ordering with them for a while. They had good service but looks ike they aren't able to cope with recent popularity and demand. Hope they get back to their usual best. I ordered takeaway, Takeaway delivery took over 90 mins to arrive , Was told 45 mins, it never arrived on time, had to call again to check. Finally it arrived after 90 mins, oil/curry spilled in the takeaway bag. I didn't want to post but this has happened...

Ordered tandoori mix grill and King prawn Rogan. my mix tandoori was ok but I ordered a raitha which was awful basically badly chopped onion thrown in some natural yoghurt. My girlfriends king prawn dish was terrible the prawns tasted funny and didn't even look like prawns. The sauce was bland and had no depth of flavour. I rang up to give feed back the manager seemed in a rush and said he would give a discount next time I order. Well after that experience I wont be ordering...
