Feel bad for giving a 1 star as the staff were fab. But we paid a lot of money for a bottomless brunch. Staff were Brilliant, the food was lovely. But, we were asked 5 minutes before the end if we wanted 1 last drink. We said yes and ordered drinks. We were told we need the table back in 5 minutes but we could take a seat outside. We obliged, and went outside, I asked if we could pull 2 tables together as there were 6 of us, the owner said no, you've had your 90 minutes now leave. I asked her who made these rules and she said, me, are you jealous of me. The doorman then physically forced one of our party of the premises, for which he apologised for later. We were basically told to leave an not allowed to drink the drinks that we had paid for. We later received a visit from the police saying one of our party had thrown a drink at the owner and this was assault. I am sure the police have more serious issues to be dealing with on a Saturday night, such as domestic abuse, murder and actual real assault, how someone can call the police when their own behaviour has been totally unacceptable is beyond me.
So moral of the story, if you book a bottomless brunch, don't expect to be able to finish your drinks as you will HAVE to leave as soon as your 90 minutes is up. Oh and you need to be jealous of the owner or else she will call the police and take them away from the work that they...
Read moreOne of my new favourite spots to eat! Me and my girlfriend ate here tonight at short notice, I called up to check if they was busy, the pleasant lady at the other end of the phone asked for my name and said "how long? Yep, see you soon". Walked in and a table was set ready! We soon noticed all the staff we talked to were very friendly and are more than happy to make sure you're enjoying your experience. As for the food.. we both got the standard chicken gyro which was stunning. I had BBQ sauce which was a bold choice but it worked so well, my girlfriend had garlic mayo. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the salad tasted fresh. The pitta was exactly what you get in Greece! So soft and it had that yogurt creamy-ness 🤤 We had a portion of the halloumi fries too and they're were so good! Two soft drinks and we were done. So full with chips to spare (they don't skimp on chips!). To top it off the bill came to just £24.50! Unbelievable value for such a meal, cannot wait to come back and try more. I was driving so couldn't try any alcoholic drinks but the menu looked very well so I'll be coming back to try them maybe on a brunch that they do. The most enjoyable experience I've had for a while, thank you...
Read moreWent for brunch booking for a 30th event, just to add I am pregnant but staff offered a Mocktail selection. We had to wait 15 mins for drink as some of us arrived 5 minutes late, a friend and I was last to be served our meals whilst others had all finished theirs. I asked for a mocktail obviously no alcohol, the waitress gave me a drink that definitely 100% had alcohol in it. When I questioned this she told me it didn't have alcohol (it was strong you could taste it) when we raised this the male server was so rude. He told me "it was my fault for drinking it, and that people should know what they order and they dont expect pregnant people to go to brunch" he totally disregarded what we was saying and was completely rude about the situation. Not one person acknowledged how serious the situation was and there was no apology. In the end they did refund me £20 but it wasn't the point, money wasn't the issue, the rudeness and unknowlegable staff is the issue and the fact its an massive health risk! This completely ruined my experience with gyros bros to what I was really...
