As a dedicated Nando's customer, I’ve come to expect a certain level of quality when I visit your restaurant. Unfortunately, my recent experience was a far cry from the usual standards that have kept me coming back for years.

Let me set the scene: Daddy was hungry when he arrived, and as any Nando's fan would understand, I was looking forward to leaving full and satisfied. Sadly, that didn’t happen. What should have been a meal to savor turned out to be one of the most disappointing culinary experiences I’ve had in a long time—perhaps even one of the worst meals the chef has ever prepared in his career.

The food lacked the flavor and freshness I've grown accustomed to. The chicken was dry, the sides were underwhelming, and the overall presentation was far from appetizing. I left the restaurant still hungry, which is the last thing anyone expects after a Nando's meal. And to add insult to injury, there’s a long wait for tea to make up for the lack of fulfillment I felt after my meal.

I’m genuinely disappointed and hope this is a one-off situation rather than a sign of things to come. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, and that steps will be taken to ensure no one else leaves your restaurant as hungry and dissatisfied as I did.

Bad service. We were taken to the table quickly and the waiter left us without saying a word! We are not much of an out side eating family so we sat there thinking they would bring the menu but nothing happened for nearly 30 minutes.However when we went to ask, they said we were supposed to scan the qr code which was stuck on the table to get the menu on our phone and then order online. Once the order has done they brought the drinks and one of us ordered water but there was an empty glass. Again the waiter left without saying a word and then we figured out that we need to ask sooner than later to get the things going. We were directed to a tap for drinking water which the waiter could have done initially when he brought the empty glass. Anyway the food came quicker than we thought and the portions were made much smaller for the price so we are really disappointed with the whole experience. I wish the employees were more friendly and appealing to the customers as not all people spend their entire life eating out and they should not be assuming all people would know what to do in Nandos.
