⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pot Pot — Where Love, Soul, and Flavour Meet
There are meals you eat, and there are meals that change you. Pot Pot is one of those places.
I first came here years ago when this restaurant had another name, and stepping back inside today felt like returning to an old, gentle memory — but brighter, deeper, alive again under Lê’s care.
From the first smile to the last spoonful, everything here speaks the language of love. The fish sauce alone could tell a story — rich, golden, and full of balance. The flavours dance, the dishes sing, and even the drinks carry that quiet perfection that only comes when someone truly cooks with their heart wide open.
But it’s Lê himself who makes this place what it is. He carries peace in his presence and joy in his craft. You can feel it in the air — that rare harmony between East and West, between stillness and celebration. Pot Pot isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a living poem, a little sanctuary right in the heart of Wakefield.
Thank you, Lê, for reminding me that food can be art, kindness can be a language, and connection can happen across any border, any faith, any table.

This restaurant completely blew me away! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere already felt like a quick trip to Saigon. The service was smooth and friendly, and the presentation of everything — from the condiments tray to the dishes — was spot on 👌.

You can tell the food is made with care and respect for tradition. Everything felt authentic and fresh, and honestly, it reminded me of the street food I had back in Hanoi.
Absolutely a hidden gem — I’ll definitely be...

I can't handle anything spicy and the menu is clearly labelled to show which food is spicy, contains gluten, and is an option for vegetarians.
I had summer rolls which were very nice. Managed to embarass myself with struggling to understand the staff speaking perfectly good English to me (one of those moments) but they were thankfully very gracious about it.
I had the beef pho, which was also very good and the Large portions (see picture) are nicely sized.
After the meal the staff approached us and we had a nice chat.
My overall impression was very good - the food was nice but the staff really sold the place. Incredibly friendly and curious to know their guests, but not invasive or impolite. We will definitely be returning...
