I've made a lot of claims in the past year about the best burger in South Wales and I'll be honest I'm starting to doubt everything I know 😅

I know it's early days but I think my top 20 burgers for 2024 will look very different to last year, Brewery Field Street Food needs to be in the conversation for the top spot! 🏆

That's right they've only gone and done it again...guys trust me when I say, you need to get to Bridgend ASAP and try out this bloody burger, it's absolutely insane! 👏

🍔 Beef Barbacoa

30oz Beef patties, slow cooker beef barbacoa, Queso cheese sauce, with a smokey chipotle mayo and a pot of Birra consommé for dipping!!

🍟 Garlic and Parmesan Fries

Skin on fries garlic and parmesan seasoning, parsley garnish and blue cheese dip.

There are many great restaurants in the Bridgend area and there are some pretty bad ones too 😅

Brewery Field Street Food is one of the absolute best, the quality of the food is second to none, one of the common misconceptions is that they are just a sports bar that serves food and well this is wildly inaccurate!

This restaurant stands alone with some of the best, they have one of the best Indians @naadanbwyd and they have one of the best burgers too, of course I am talking about Prime Burgers! 👏

I've been doing this blog for a very long time and you know I love a burger and this is one of the best I've ever had, juicy smashed beef burger, pulled beef and the super spicy sauce is just incredible!

Those garlic and parmesan fries are out of this world good too, ridiculously good! 😋

This place is seriously underrated and a true hidden gem!

TL;DR: this place takes the food, music and atmosphere of a festival crammed into a little chef and it shouldn't be missed.

Found out about this place when a bloggers post came up on social media. Food looks good we thought so we decided to give it a go. A bit apprehensive about the fact that it's hanging off the side of the rugby stadium but just one look at the menu and I knew we were in for a good time.

Walked in and we could see reserved signs on the table so thankful that we got in early. The smell of curry and street food fills the restaurant from the open kitchen. We never take long to decide as we know what we want but the menu is just so big and intertwined, we struggled. Again, a good thing.

Food took a while to come but when it did, so did I. I tell you what, the flavours in the food we had was absolute killer, I considered asking the waitress for a bodybag upon check back. I had a bacon cheese burger and the sauce was like big Mac sauce but better and the meat tasted like it had been skinned off the back end of a cow the very same morning. All this goodness for amazing value as the portions rival that of Eddie Hall's breakfast.

We will be returning. Again. And again. And again. And when I have kids, I will bring them here for their first meal. And their second. And their third. Until I'm...
