RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!? Made a visit here tonight as my daughter wanted a bubble tea. As I approached the counter I was told to stand aside and wait as the delivery guy was picking up. First rude comment.

I asked the two girls behind the counter that as I hadn’t been to this place before “ Do you serve bubble tea” which one rudely replied “We only serve bubble tea here” which is a lie because they do food aswell.

I stood by the counter and was made to feel that I wasn’t welcome in the in the front door, absolutely disgusting attitude on the both of the girls to which my wife told me just to leave because of the way these RUDE staff me me feel. What a way to made to feel especially and you spending your money there.

I will NEVER EVER go back to this place, keep you money and go somewhere else where you not made to feel unwelcome made to feel like your stupid and looked down upon.

Think there staff here need to learn manners on how to speak...

Came here a while ago with some friends but I forgot to review. If you come here I'd definitely recommend ordering oolong tea, 75/45% sweetness with brown sugar pearls, but what you order is based on preference really, both of my friends got jasmine, 55% with brown sugar pearls one of them drank it all in the first thirty minutes after leaving and the other spent hours trying not to waste it. Personally I loved my drink, and next time I come to Swansea if its open I'm definitely coming back.

Cha Cha Stall offers bubble tea and now street food! I paid £11.10 for a LARGE Pear Bubble Tea with no toppings and 100% sugar alongside my deep fried squid with seawood seasoning!!

Service is great as usual and I should visit here everytime I come to the city when not fasting. It's a wonderful treat.
