Shocking Customer Service!! Had the peanut butter brownie once, wanted to try it again so I asked for delivery. They responded by saying 1 Review = a box of Brownies AND they would be happy to deliver for freeI wrote a review and NOTHING! No response in any shape or form despite numerous messages. I was happy to pay as I simply wanted to try the product again BUT no the chockshop would rather bribe you for a review and then ignore you thereafter.

In short, its not worth the money. Some of the flavours are questionable to say the least!! The M&S Brownies are better. And if that doesn’t work bake a round chocolate cake in a muffin tin with toppings of your choice on top. That’s essentially the...

A well presented shop, friendly service and lots of choice and gluten free/vegan options.

Unfortunately, they were more like round’s of strange tasting cakes. Not the gooey brownie consistency you expect and a very odd almost cardboard like taste (definitely no hint of chocolate). The ‘snickers’ on top was almost definitely the budget version and was very noticeable. Overall quite disappointing having paid £15 for a box of 6 and having 5 remaining to be eaten.

Wow!!!, this little shop looked so inviting, it is clean and well presented, however looks are definitely deceiving, we purchased 6 various brownies, the first one salted caramel we tried, was appallingly bad, we could have tried the box they come in, and the taste, texture would have been the same, maybe renaming the shop to the Box shop as the chocolate was definitely missing, we tried to give them away without success, £15 I would have given to charity……DO NOT BUY!!!!!
