Then the owner, 'Duncan' had the audacity to speak to my sister who calmly asked him to address her complaint over the phone while he told her to 'mind her own business and I'll mind mine'. I heard you, it was on loud speaker and you HUNG UP. You also continued to harass my sister by calling her on many different numbers. You may have been in business 35 years mate but carry on with that attitude and you won't last. We will be leaving negative reviews on every site.

I would highly recommend other coffee shops in the high St such as Jaspers tea rooms, or other restaurants such as summer palace where our family always get a massive welcome.

Unfortunately he also gets his mates to write positive reviews for him on Trip Advisor (username go83473) too so any negative reviews are cancelled out. He is now trying to intimidate and threaten us with legal action because we posted an honest, truthful review of what happened. He denied our version of events before even speaking to the member of staff involved so he has absolutely no idea what happened. His response to the negative review on Trip Advisor is self explanatory of his lack of professionalism and compassion - going on about some tai chi class he allows there apparently makes him 'elderly and disabled friendly' when it clearly doesn't if you turn them away.

Shame on you.
