Ordered a £4 peperami wrap, which looked tasty in the window advert. The chap at the till was very polite - he took my payment and then proceeded to move from the till to prepare my food (I watched through the glass from the entrance) - he did not don gloves, simply started preparing my order. Mid wrap, a lady and her son entered the establishment and he immediately stopped, returned to the till, clapping the flour off his hands and proceeded to handle everything around the till casually before again returning to preparing my wrap. I immediately asked for a refund, which he did not seem surprised about. I asked him outright if he was aware of health and saftey preparing food - he insisted he washed his hands before he started, which I knew he did not and besides, if he did, there was no excuse to stop midway and serve someone else inbetween what he was doing. I watched all through the process of ordering - it made me feel quite sick and I completely lost my appetite just thinking about what I could have eaten. No gloves, no concern, no apology. I am so disturbed by what I witnessed, that I will never order fast food again. I do hope I receive my refund as it is still absent from my bank account - but if it cost me £4 to never eat from a Domino's again, it was worth every penny. They have got my order wrong on sevral occasions & the last time he said I could have a free pizza & a free side. When I called up to claim it he told me that it had already been claimed which it had not. I asked him to tell me when it had been claimed but he wouldn't answer me - I wonder why? He then told me I was welcome to complain as he said he knew that I probably would as he knew what kind of person I was! Can you believe that anyone in such a place would talk to a customer like that?
