The service here is worth less than 1 star. It took 20 minutes to put a slice of cake on a plate and 40 minutes for them to make a waffle. It was very clear to see that of the 5 staff behind the counter not a single one of them actually cared, nobody was doing a thing. After 30 minutes of waiting, a blonde woman in a white top (everyone else was in black) finally began making something on one of the friers. We thought finally the waffle might be done...but no...she was making a pancake for herself and sat down 2 tables across from us to eat it. Food quality is mediocre. The pancakes are poor, the sundaes are fine and the pancakes are fine but the service is infuriating....

Popped in here tonight for a dessert on the way home from Pastures steakhouse. It was my daughter’s birthday and she fancied a Kaspers.

We went from first class service at Pastures, only to be greeted by a bunch of unprofessional, rude members of staff at Kaspers. What an awful place!

It was only 20:50, however, we were told by the members of staff that they were closing, despite opening times stating 22:00. I think they were worried they may have to do some work.

Glad they saved us from what would have been an awful experience for my daughter. If the desserts are anything like the customer...

We came here and the kids loved it. They had massive portions and said everything was delicious. However, I personally thought it was over hyped but then again I might be just a grumpy old man. It lost a star from me because the changing facilities were in the disabled toilets, which at the time of our visit were broken and locked. This resulted in my wife have to leave and find somewhere else to change the baby. The supplied high chairs were all lose and wobbly. On the plus side the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I came to visit around 8 pm but there were no cakes at all. So the choice was kind of limited. The staff who delivered our dessert almost "threw" to table. Did not warn us that the plate will be hot. I almost burned my fingers. The dessert itself was nice. The staff should be trained well. If I came with a baby then i would be concerned to seat the baby in babychairs as they keep cleaning products in it!

Visited yea yesterday and it was dead. Only 6 customers in the time i was there. Not sure it has lost its appeal of its just not that busy in the week. Twice we have been there and it does seem to be frequented by overly loud teenagers. The deserts are expensive but the one i had was quite nice. Staff are friendly.
