The worst customer service you could possibly imagine. After being greeted at the front door to be seated on what was an extremely quiet evening (only had 2 customers in the entire place). The 4 of us were led to a 4 seater booth. As we were about to sit, we found water all over the seats so we moved ourselves to a booth opposite. On returning to deliver our cutlery, we were questioned by the same lad as to why we had moved and explained that the seats were covered in water. He told us to move to another 4 seater booth and to not sit there as it was a 6 seater. He pointed to a booth that had no lighting. We explained that would not be suitable, not with young children. So he slammed the cutlery on the table and went. ABSOLUTELY APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

We will definitely not be returning. The place is also rundown, torn seats, poor lighting, pools of water on seats. Worst customers service from what looked like a stroppy teenager just because we used our initiative and moved to a cleaner/dry spot. Pity he didn't use his initiative and clean the mess up before trying to sit...

I had a really disappointing experience here due to the incredibly rude staff. When I went up to order, I asked for a dessert without realizing there were different options, and I was immediately met with attitude for not specifying exactly what I wanted. After finally making my choice (which they didn’t even have in stock), the staff member seemed to lose their patience because I took a moment to decide, even though the place was completely empty.

To make matters worse, when I asked what the crown symbol meant on the menu, I was met with a sigh and a dismissive “description’s there,” instead of a simple, polite explanation.

Overall, I felt unwelcome and rushed for no reason at all. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place if you value...

Absolutely awful service. Despite there being a global.pandemoc this place has no form of table service meaning everyone has to queue which means massive over crowding around the counter area. What's more, half the menu is unavailable so you are left having to repeatedly walk back and forth to the table to check what subsidies people want. This again means people wandering around the restaurant area which is a roak of cross contamination. Apparently that is their company policy. When I spoke to the manager about this he was unhelpful and just shrugged his shoulders.. I did nog feel safe in this place and it was as though no thought has been given to their...
