Brilliant little find – chilled vibe, great beers, and proper character.
Second visit here – and it definitely won’t be the last! Tapps has a brilliant selection of pints and the staff really know their stuff. Super friendly and happy to help with recommendations, which makes all the difference.
Conwy is one of our favourite places, but we only discovered Tapps last month – can’t believe we’d missed it before! Just a heads-up: it’s not always open (we made the trip on a Monday and sadly it was closed), so worth checking ahead.
Inside feels like an old warehouse – loads of character, cool features, and a relaxed, laid-back vibe. People playing cards and board games, enjoying their drinks and just chilling – exactly what you want from a place like this.
There were dog treats on the bar, which Sophie appreciated, and they also do a cheese and beer night where you just put in whatever you feel it’s worth – such a lovely idea and really adds to the community feel.
