Wok To Walk — Restaurant in Wales

To be perfectly honest, I'm annoyed. I ordered food today May 4th at 21:10. The order was wrong again. We ordered NO vegetables and NO beansprouts because my daughter is allergic to beansprouts and some other vegetables. My daughter took one mouthful and spat it back out and tones of beansprouts were in there. Her mouth is now SWOLLEN and very PAINFUL. I told the staff on the til three times not to put any vegetables or beansprouts in it, even got the receipt to prove it and there is still all the veg and beansprouts. I tried ringing to tell a worker about this, but nobody answered. I drive a long way to get this food and I get home to find out that it's wrong and a waste of money. I dont give many 5 stars but I also rarely give 1 star. Now judging by the other reviews this place has I am going to assume they were having a bad day. However I must be honest with my dreadful visit yesterday. So I went there with my wife and some other family members that recommend the place to my wife who is a big noodles fan. We order the hot source becuase we like chilli food and it was as if someone had mixed sugar in the hot source as it was not chilli at all. Then while I twiddled my thumbs trying to eat this box of noodles my wife finds a hair in her box. So I immediately notify the staff who look at me in shock. Firstly, staff were very friendly as we walked in and greeted us then explained how their system works clearly.

Portion size is huge, more than enough for an average person.

Now….the food. I had the garlic and black pepper and other half had sweet and sour. The flavour of the sauce itself is ok, nothing to rave about, but not bad, however the noodles were swimming in sauce.

Spring rolls were a bit better than your average takeaway though.

Not sure if I’d have this again over a regular Chinese, as a drink, spring rolls and a main runs you £20 per person. At a Chinese we would be able to get 4-5 mains with drinks and a starter at that price.
