Went there last weekend for my mates stag do. It started off badly by being rammed and no tables available as Tom Jones was in town but a staff member, Charlie saved the start of our evening. She told us that if we found a table to come find us and she'd bring food menus. We eventually found a table but there was a two hour wait for food. Just as we was about to try and find somewhere else to go for food she went and she bought us little pots of popcorn to keep us going. It was a very much appreciated by me and the lads. I also saw her handling the door when they got too busy to accept anymore people really well and with a beautiful smile on her face. A while later she came back to let us know the wait for food had massively gone down and we could order now. Charlie is a credit to your company, I can't imagine it was an easy shift for her or any of your staff but they kept plugging through with a smile on their faces and giving an excellent service. Charlie was especially amazing with the small gestures and great service that meant so much to me and the boys on such an important night. I highly reccomend this bar and to get look after by Charlie.

We booked here for a meal after the rugby game. ( better to book to guarantee a table). Our table was up a flight of stairs, looking down on the lower bar area. There is limited choice of drinks on the menu, but all our party did manage to find something. All the food that we had ordered was really good. It was tasty and of a good portion size. However, a couple of dishes, the chicken teriyaki noodles, had to be sent back for being too salty but were replaced without any fuss. The arribiatta pasta, I felt, was really spicy, too spicy for me, so I'm glad I had ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, which was nice. The servers were polite, prompt, and well presented. We bumped into one of the servers ( sorry, didn't get your name), on the runway at the airport, and she remembered us from the previous night. I'm glad I left a good tip, lol.

Had an enjoyable Sunday lunch here. The space is huge! Can only imagine the buzz when it’s filled with people on Friday night! First, excellent beers, I tried their signature mango beer - delicious. The pizzas were alright, we ordered one capricciosa that was great and one with pear and gorgonzola, which was a slight disappointment. Great dough but there was too much of everything apart from pear and gorgonzola, other cheeses, red base, some rocket and sprinkles of spicy mayo(?). So overall a nice impression, but next time I’ll get another pizza ;)

Really disappointed, I previously worked at another zerodegrees venue where I am still welcomed and a regular. So When I was in Cardiff today with my family I thought we should pop into the Cardiff zero. Where I waited at the bar for a drink with my mum and asked the bartender if they do industry discount and that i am still in the industry and now a manager at a different bar. Without even hearing the whole of the conversation, One of the head managers Linda butted in to says no, you don’t work at the Bristol venue which I responded with. I didn’t say that I said I work in the industry I used to work at the Bristol venue. And got back with a response saying yeah u used to… Which I responded with That’s what I said I used to work there, I’m asking for industry discount if you do it and got a no one walked off. So rude And unwelcoming, considering I’m still welcomed at my old venue, where are used to work. I thought I would be welcomed here too, but No was just met with rudeness And extremely embarrassing considering I was with my family Got one of the managers being rude to me because I said I used to work at a different venue and asked for industry discount??? Which is normal to ask for when you work in the industry, as so many bars do industry discount for hospitality workers. Just never expected rudeness from Zero...

Sadly not a good experience. Booked a table for before the rugby (table at 1230, kick off at 1445). Service very slow and each section was definitely under-staffed. The staff member serving us was friendly, but not professional. He didn't know anything about the menu and could not answer questions (and he didn't try to find answers either). The menu was extortionate - not clear upon booking - it was a fixed £21.95ph for a starter and main (no deviation - if this was possible it was deliberately unclear). Nevertheless we all ordered. Drinks very slow to arrive. Food never arrived. By 1415 we had enquired on several occasions, and knew we would have to head off to be at the stadium in time. The staff member I spoke with was very understanding when I said we just couldn't wait any longer and needed to leave. We weren't happy to pay the whole drinks bill given the circumstances, and these were written off the bill, which was appreciated.

There are management and staff issues here. We...
