We order from here on a regular basis and the food is always delivered a little later by 10 mins which is never a problem. However last night, disappointed was not the word. Food ordered for 7.30pm. Come 8pm me and my partner were on the phone to the store on hold until 8.25pm until the pizza was delivered (phone was not answered in this time)
My partner asked the driver why it was so late, who stated they were busy and missing a driver. A phonecall to update us of the late order would of been appreciated .
The pizza as suspected and garlic bread were cold and extremely soggy from being left for god knows how long, and the pizza was also smashed up inside the box and had to be microwaved. No way were we going to ring back to get a replacement when noone picks up the phone, and had already waited 55 mins longer than the delivery time we ordered for.
Surely as a store, if you have made a food to order and cannot deliver it for a specific time, then at least make a fresh one so that its not cold when delivered!! Its basic common sense really.

Read moreHalf my order was delivered cold, driver told me to call about missing food, told by staff to wait 10 minutes whilst she called the driver, while my meal went colder, never called back, when I called back she said the driver said he delivered it. I asked if she was calling me a liar to which she replied she was just confirming I received my order. I told her again I hadn’t and the boy that was delivered was cold. I asked for a replacement meal, she said no, I asked for the manager she said no, then said she was the manager, I asked for her name, she told me manager, I said no the name you were born with, she said she doesn’t have to give me her name. Said the owner would refund the missing food in 7-10 week ring days. I said not good enough, just replace the cold meal you delivered. She said it wasn’t them it was uber. I didn’t order from uber, she said but they only have one driver so are using uber. Was extremely rude and unhelpful. I intend to report to the franchise as this behaviour is totally unacceptable. Read moreMade a big delivery order for 6 Large Pizza’s for my younger brother’s birthday. Not only did they get the sizing wrong (Med pizza’s sent) and three of the pizza toppings ordered but then attempted to try and state that I had made a mistake. After reading out my order and counting each slice then tried to refused to rectify it, stating that there were new staff working but regardless, trainees should have quality checks prior to being left solo to ensure quality service, and if this isn’t being done the management needs addressing immediately. Only after having to remind the individual on the phone (Lady who refused to give me their name) of the Consumer Rights Act for ‘Poor Service’ and threatening to write to their head office did they then offer to rectify the mistake. I would have not of made any fuss if they just admitted the mistake had been made rather than trying to deny any of it, no sense of accountability what so ever....
