Crème de la crème Leamington Spa — Restaurant in Warwick

Hi, I went to this ice cream parlour. I was so shocked when I went in with my children and my wife, the attitude and response from the waiter. I have never in my life receive this type of rudeness to my shock and horror when we sat down and waited 15 minutes no response from anybody when approached and asked them about taking. The order is attitude was go up there and order it then got worse from the next stage. When we left after the rudeness I don’t approached and asked to speak to a manager. He came out. I had my AirPods in as I was listening to an audiobook after speaking to him and ask him are you a franchise or he then commented get out of my store. I ask any reason why I don’t like you as we left the store with the children. The hostel experience was really bad they would laughing behind the back. This is not a good store. Since then we went over to another ice cream place and got some milkshakes after committing to another member of the community about the establishment. I said this is not normal. This is all the time that we get so many customers coming from them, she said that we went into the establishment and my husband was allergic to peanuts. They scrape the peanuts off and gave it back. Not great to be honest!!!!!! Dirty tables every where waited to be seated for a while when seated need to wait for the waitress to clean the table, I had to put the tables together by myself. Went to order and the same waitress who seated us served me seemed not to no what she was doing I had to repeat the order about 3 times and I'm quite a loud person so not sure what the problem was!!!!! Looking around and I could clearly see that loads off orders were coming out at different times so many people had finished before their friends or family had received there order. 20 mins had passed and I asked the same waitress where our deserts were as people who had ordered after ours had received theirs before us, she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don't no didn't give me much hope lol, Finally my daughter got her sundade but me and my husband still had to wait for our cheesecakes for another 10 mins they arrived lovely dessert but terrible service think I will definitely avoid this one but the Creams in Coventry is alot better!!!!! Staff from Leamington creams take a leaf out of the staff from the Coventry Creams it's amazing can't beat it but u guys are a joke can't see the people off Leamington putting up...

After having a creams delivered the quality and portions were awful. A not even half filled pot of ice cream to go with our cookie dough the ‘large’ nachos, ice cold cheese - not even half filled again AND guacamole from a tube. (Not as advertised)

I wrote a bad review instantly on trip advisor and THEN emailed creams to see if anything can be done. Initially I got a harsh response saying the matter was being ‘immediately closed off’ until I sent another email providing the photos as proof. I then received a nice response from creams admitting my order was rushed. However, a day after I received an abrupt and blunt email from the ‘manager’ Bobby at midnight saying I’m no longer getting the vouchers. I asked why and he responded one word: ‘trip advisor.’ (I left the review before contacting creams and would’ve happily deleted it now the matter was solved)

Good luck if you have a problem with your Creams order as the manager has no customer service skills AT all and is completely unprofessional. If you read through his responses to the negative Trip Advisor reviews at least it will...
