Unfortunately, this store has massively gone downhill over the years. The place is riddled with flies. I've witnessed staff swat a fly away that was walking on somebody's sandwich and didn't offer to replace it. It was still sold to the customer. You have to be very wary of your sandwich as it's being made to ensure a fly doesn't crawl all over it.
It's also one of the only spots I've encountered that attempts to refuse salad and sauce on a breakfast sub. Bare in mind, I didn't ask for much, it was onions and tomatoes - two VERY common items found within breakfast sandwiches. They do this despite a sticker on the glass above the salads very clearly stating as many toppings (salads, etc) and sauces as you like free with a six inch / footlong sub.
I've been coming to this branch for 10+ years and it's such a shame to see how badly managed it is now. Over the years, many decent staff members have worked here, many managers I've got on well with and even been given free cookies, etc. due to being such a regular customer. However, it is becoming a place I'm very hesitant to purchase food from. Partly due to the cleanliness of the store, and partly due to the unfriendliness of the staff.

Read moreWe ordered an Uber Eats from this Subway to Warwick Hospital and most of our orders were messed up. We ordered a regular and large wedges side and were given two regular instead which was frustrating. On top of this they extremely soggy and cold which is unusual because the Subway isn’t far from the hospital. We also ordered cookies and were missing two with all our deals. Some of us were also missing cheese in our subways.
I thought I’d ignore the rumours about the chicken nacho bites not being good, but the rumours are definitely true! They’re soggy and the chicken tastes like plastic. Definitely do not recommend, I had to remove them from my sub.
