It is indeed one of my favourite places for food in leamington. Although, I have been there before today I felt very angry at the service provided. I did not book a table which I acknowledged that it might be difficult to find something for lunch. We arrived there and were told that that they are not sure if there is a table and we might have to wait 15 mins or more and that we should get drinks and wait. In the meantime there were tables that had been empty for a while so I took the initiative to sit in one after asking the person who told us to wait earlier. We sat with our drinks, all the waiters avoided us, wouldn’t give us a menu although we have been sat there 15’. I called someone and he asked whether we go a reservation, i said no and he said that we cannot order food. To that point I felt like an idiot. If they did not want to serve food without reservation (there were only 2 tables that were eating) why would they have us wait for over 40’ in the first place,? I would rather if they could have said ‘sorry there is no table etc’ so we could find somewhere else. After we were told that they cannot take our orders and weren’t sure how long it will take. Literally within seconds we got the menus. 5’ later another waiter comes and asks again if we have a reservation, i said no, and suddenly his attitude changed as if we are a nuisance to him to which sarcastically we asked ‘why aren’t we not allowed to order then?’. Reluctantly and making some gestures and facial expressions told me what I want to order (not with words but just with the movement of his eyebrows). If you cannot provide services then be clear with your costumer and not making them feel unwelcomed. If as a restaurant is doing ao well that it doesn’t need peasants (that’s how we felt)like us then probably we should never visit again . All in all, we were not given a clear answer as to whether we could have a table, then urged to get a drink as we would be accommodated soon, then told that we cannot order food, then reluctantly we were told to order. Food was good but service...

✨ Ambience: The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and tastefully decorated. Whether you're looking to relax or celebrate, the setting strikes the perfect balance between cozy and classy. The lighting was just right, and the layout allowed for easy conversation without feeling crowded.
🍽️ Food: Every dish we tried was a hit! The menu offered a great variety, and each item was beautifully presented and full of flavor. We ordered Burmese Khow Suey, Kingmaker Burger, Pad Thai Rice and Yuzu Lime and Dill Cod Fillet. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in their craft. We met Suraj, the chef who was very kind and humble who took utmost care in crafting the food that we ordered. 🥂 Drinks: The drinks menu was equally impressive, with a wide selection of cocktails, mocktails, and wines. Each drink was well-crafted and complemented the food perfectly. We ordered Lichi Delight and some crafted beers. 🎶 Music: The background music added to the charm without overpowering the conversation. It created a lively yet relaxed vibe that made the evening even more enjoyable. 🧼 Cleanliness: The restaurant was spotless—from the dining area to the restrooms. Cleanliness clearly seems to be a top priority here, which added to our comfort. 👨🍳 Service: The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. They made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening, and their recommendations were spot-on. 🌟 Overall: This place is a gem. Whether you're planning a team dinner, a family outing, or a casual date night, it’s a must-visit. Great ambience, excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming vibe—what more could...
Read moreOur party of three sampled this newly-opened restaurant beside the historic Pump Rooms in the heart of Leamington Spa on a Monday night when you'd have expected it to be quiet. But we were impressed by the buzzy atmosphere and warm welcome from the friendly, attentive staff. The lighting, sophisticated ambiance and wide choice of gins as well as good (and good value) wines all added to our enjoyment. Our Cotes du Rhone was mellow and full and on the next table our neighbours praised the 'Chocolate Block' red wine which I had not tried before. Our meals were delicious: fresh, carefully prepared and with a terrific mix of flavours. My seared beef salad was enhanced with a dressing that tasted of lime and the salmon fillet came with an interestingly flavoured risotto. My husband's scallops were prettily presented and meltingly good, as was my son's steak, ordered rare with a sharp, peppercorn sauce. We heard that the Terrace - where you can also sit outside beneath a pretty colonnade beside the Leam - has live music on Friday and Saturday nights so we're looking forward to coming for jazz and cocktails in the next few weeks. Highly...
