Awful experience. Their reviews on Just eat, uber eats and deliveroo have many FAKE Reviews. The same name leaving several feedbacks on the same day with no comments...FAKE.

DO not trust a place that has FAKE reviews as they are doing this for a reason.

Back to my order.... Order arrived early which was good but it was clear the food was prepared hours ago and had been sitting for several hours and was reheated. The grilled chicken pitta was POOR. The mayonnaise was GLUED to the paper wrapping and all the salad soggy as though it was boiled in a soup first and then added to he pitta. This place has been better in the past but this very bad experience shows a clear lack of care about the customer. It was delivered early so I am sure its the restaurant not the driver at fault. I will not use them again as any place that does NOT CARE AT ALL about how the customer will react when they receive the food. This makes me wonder what they do behind the scenes when the customer cannot see it. Its a sign of a bad place with BAD food perpetration and hygiene. Be AWARE and CONCERNED as this place is...

absoulutly TERRIBLE!! Never again! First time we ordered delivery was about 45 mins late, however we thought maybe was just a bad night we would try again, we'll, that will never happen again. Ordered 11.30pm on a wed, delivery time to be 12.15 -- at 12.20 no food, the app says our food was delivered at 12.15. So of course I've rang, and got spoken to really rude being told it's really busy. Anyway after two more phone calls and at 12.50 our order comes and is handed to us he leaves we sit down open it all up, all wrong not ours at all. Luckily he was still outside we got him and got ours which was still the wrong burgers, and got some extra wings, that weren't ours. and he wanted the delivery back which he was obviously about to go deliver to someone. Bottom line, disgraceful service, never again....

Ordered through just eat with maemes very many times and all those other times the order was always perfect.

But today was a different story, I placed my order at 7:38pm, and the order had the following items.

1 grilled chicken and rice 1 half pounder meal - burger sauce & mayo only.

I received my order at 8:25pm. The chicken and rice were doused with chilli sauce, and chicken was burnt whilst my fries were cold, and miraculously, my burger was spicy. So I called up the restaurant and told them my issues with the meals, and I was met with such an unprofessional attitude.

Being told the burger can't be spicy, but I had tried it, and so did my mother, and we can both confirm it was. They are going to rectify my burger, but I don't think we'll keep coming here after the way I was treated...
