Absolute shambles, went in only to be ignored at the counter by Josh who was packing orders for the drive thru. His customer service was disgraceful, didnt have a clue what he was doing. Ignored my child who tried talking to him ive never been made to feel so uncomfortable. 80% of the tables are out of use im guessing due to Covid restrictions however every other table was left dirty. After telling Josh he proceeded to serve customers before wiping a table down for me. I have 2 young children, and now cold food. No apology, no nothing. I had to ask for sauce and then had to go up again for extra. I didn't realise they were rationing ketchup sachets. I went back up only to be ignored by 3 members of staff one I believe runs this place. Apparently if you're not a drive thru customer you're not valued. After waiting for 15 extra minutes I finally got my sauce. The restaurant is disgusting and dirty. Hand's aren't being washed after handling food, josh came out of the restaurant after touching used wrappers and didn't sanitise or even wash his hands before continuing serving customers and preparing there food. Read moreI had an experience that was not totally satisfactory tonight. Our otder was delivered incorrectly. My step son rang to complain (and may have been over the top) but when I rang up I was accused of being rude and aggressive (which I never was) and hung up on 3 times. I was told the only redress was in store. So why 4 star not 1? When I attended the store and discussed the matter with Ethan (the guy that had hung up on me 3 times) face to face and been given the opportunity to put my case he was perfectly amenable. I discussed our point and listened to his, gave him some 30year plus management advice and he listened and responded well. The food was good and when face to face (and understanding I wasn't an ogre) Than was good, he's got the makings of a good manager, just learn don't hang up on customers, it's rude. He was, face to face a perfectly pleasant young man who has a great future, we all get things wrong and learn, I have, Ethan will. He's got the makings of a great manager. Read moreFloors were absolutely disgusting, there was food all over the floor when I went in. The bins were overflowing and the music was far too loud. McDonald's are never like that, they're always cleaning the floors and emptying the bins and rarely have the music too loud. KFC aren't always that bad but they are far too often. I think it has to do with who's working there because obviously they don't have the same people every day. Some days it's ok, some days it's terrible. Also it took KFC 8 months to fix those faulty lights which were flashing, which is harmful for people with epilepsy as well as annoying for people without epilepsy. How can they expect to get satisfied customers? This review is based on the last time I went there and all the times before that, I haven't been for a few months because I've been unsatisfied by the service on those 'bad' days.
