I can't rave enough about this extraordinary coffee shop! From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that felt like a serene sanctuary for both the body and spirit. The coffee and tea here are nothing short of medicinal. Each sip left me feeling revitalized and rejuvenated—it's as if they’ve unlocked a new level of wellness!

Their innovative approach of merging coffee with gut-supportive cultures is simply genius. I never knew that my morning ritual could be an opportunity for enhancing my health. The flavours are so rich and invigorating, and I truly felt a boost in my health. This isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s a place where food and drinks are crafted with intention to heal and nourish.

Ordered some coffees and waffles for a takeaway. The order took a while to come through (not ridiculous, but definitely felt like a while) and saw a gentleman come in and stand at the till to place an order. The barista was there frothing milk didn't even bat an eyelid to look up and acknowledge the customer. Even after he finished those drinks, instead of going to take the customer's order, he carried on with the next one. The customer walked out and quickly came back in once the manager had returned from his break/walk or whatever it was he was doing. He tried again at the till, but the manager then decided to go on his mobile to take a call while the barista carried on ignoring the man. After trying twice to place and order he walked out and I don't blame him. Poor customer service from both staff who were working there.

Also, the coffee is mediocre at best. I can barely taste whatever flavoured drink that I ordered and it's not worth the hyped up prices compared to every other...

I’m seriously fussy about coffee and for The Sheep I will make Woking my destination even if I have nothing else to do there, that’s how good it is. Everything about it just hits the right spot for me, the decor, the ambiance, the coffee taste, the app and rewards, the ordering kiosks which make my life as a person with anxiety so much easier. I love that I can easily choose my blend, size, ceramic cup, extras, and can get a smaller size of a mocha, let’s say, because I find most “regular” sizes of coffees too big for me. The syrupy coffees or mocha are not overly sweet which I am grateful for, even being able to choose what nickname I get called or to donate a coffee to someone else is just a nice touch that makes a huge difference for me, and don’t get me started on the banoffee waffles 🤤 The staff is super nice, the branch is clean, bigger chains can suck it.
