KFC Woking - Chertsey Road — Restaurant in Woking

Positives: Standard KFC food, open till late, Central location

Negatives: Disgusting toilets I don't think these toilets are cleaned in days. Staff Training: Some staff members can do with serious customer service training. The till is almost always staffed by moody, eye rolling teenagers. The person at the till got the order wrong and when my child corrected her, she accused her of lying and rolled her eyes. She seemed visibly upset and sulky when I pointed at her unprofessional behaviour. Next time, I went in with my family, the same person left the till and asked her colleague to serve me. As her colleague finished the order, the same girl came back at the till. Dining area is usually dirty and tables are rarely clean. There is zero ambience in the dining area. It is a tiny place full of many many delivery drivers.

KFC in Peakcock shopping centre is always our first choice. It is surprising that the staff there are probably the best I have ever seen anywhere.

I would rate this establishment as a convenient take away rather than a decent...

Very poor service, the oriental server smelt of cigarettes and he was taking cash and making up the order. I always get a very poor service from this branch. Today's meal was dry and tasteless and when I wanted to use the £5 off voucher the man charged me the full price of the meal which was on offer on the phone app. Consistently poor service every time, no greetings, no would you like any sauce. All workers look depressed and fed up or look like zombies who don't know what to do at least they can ask customers 'Hi, may I take your order?'.

One time, one to the workers (one with glasses, over weight and head scarf did not know how scan in the bar code on the phone app and then accused me off creating my own picture of the offer on the phone app.

For a branch that is around the corner from their head office this place is like a council estate. If there was a minus --10 I would have chosen that.

KFC head office pls take control of this francise and make this your flag ship store. They are...

Ignored by staff for like 10 minutes. Even when they came to serve me the staff then got distracted and did other jobs. It shouldn’t be that hard to be served at a till.

I have 20 years hospitality experience so I know the industry. The management were also just rude.

I gave 2 stars purely because I guy called Max. He was trying to help and assist everyone. I would have given a 0 star review but Max deserves 5 stars.

He was so helpful and did his job and it was obvious that his team wasn’t supporting him. Max is a credit to himself and I only want people like that working for me. I hope KFC respects an employee like this and rewards him. He is a shinning light at KFC Woking. He deserves Recognition and respect.

I might be back to offer him a job, overall it was awful and embarrassing service. I hope Max gets looked after and treated better than what I saw...
