The whole review:
Where to start with this place, it was such an amazing experience throughout. We arrived without a reservation on a busy Friday night, which wasnât an issue at all, we were met by warm smiles and were seated promptly. The decor was very homely and felt like we were in an Italian Nonnaâs home being served some amazing food. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. All meals arrived quickly and we didnât have to wait long for any of it. Great place for date night, we will certainly be back. We started off with the Antipasto to share and the Bocconcini. The Antipasto to share is plenty for two people. With a good portion of mozzarella, a mountain of different type of cured meats and fresh crunchy bread. Everything tasted so fresh, it was the perfect way to start the evening. The Bocconcini was equally as good, salty speck wrapping oozing melt in the mouth mozzarella, what more could you want? For mains we can highly recommend the Parma pizza. One of the best pizzaâs weâve had. Very tasty. Fresh rocket, tasty sauce and the dough was exquisite. Weâve ordered Torta Della Nonna and Panna cotta for desserts. It was a hard choice since they have 12 desserts on the menu. Torta Della Nonna was a love at first bite. The shortcrust pastry was amazing, it was warm when it came and perfect with the ice cream. Canât really taste the đ but you know itâs there. Panna cotta was another highlight. The cream melted in your mouth and even better with the caramel sauce. Desserts are a must so make sure you save some space for it. We will certainly return and try other food. Truly enjoy everything here which made our...
Read moreAah where do I start I even start. Kinda feel bad for doing this review as the staff was very polite and welcoming, unfortunately the food didn't stand up to the inital experience. Went there on a tuesday evening, might have been the wrong decision. Had a Calamari & Arinchini to start with, which wasn't the best but didn't have high expectations. However, was very dissappointed with the mains.. both of us got pastas of the menu and they clearly were microwaved was so disspointing, didn't just walk off as we both didn't have enough time to go to another place. And partially because the staff was very kind.
However, very dissapointed with the food which ruined the whole evening for both of us. The tiramisu for dessert is defnitely a no go very store bought and just as bad as the pasta!
Horrid experience with food considering the amount we paid- NOT WORTH IT! The staff however were very friendly. Atmosphere...
Read moreIt was my husband's birthday so I chose this restaurant, with our daughter and granddaughter. At first, I couldn't find it and called up for directions. I was directed by phone and when near, the waiter waved so I could see him.
The inside was busy and tablets didn't stay empty for long, always a good sign. The ambience was soft and cosy. You could easily forget you are still in Woking!
The food was AMAZING! Portions are generous and service fast.
I had a side of chilli and garlic spinach to share with my husband but made the mistake of tasting it first. None made it to his plate, it was that good.
I would not think twice about going back. Fabulous restaurant and though a little pricey, would...
