The moment I stepped into Gordon Ramsey's cooking class, a peculiar sense of dread settled in my gut. The room was pristine, the air heavy with the aroma of fresh ingredients. But there was something off about Gordon's smile, something unnerving.

"What was he cooking?" I wondered, trying to ignore the sinking feeling.

As the class progressed, Gordon's instructions grew stranger. He insisted on rare, exotic meats and peculiar herbs. The dish he was teaching us seemed more like a dark ritual than a recipe. The other students, oblivious to the growing sense of unease, diligently followed his lead.

"What was he cooking?" The question echoed in my mind, drowning out Gordon's instructions.

When the dish was finally prepared, Gordon's eyes gleamed with an unsettling fervor. As we tasted the forbidden creation, a wave of nausea washed over me. The flavor was indescribable, a mix of something sweet and metallic.

Suddenly, the room twisted, reality warping around us. I saw grotesque, shadowy figures lurking in the corners, their eyes glowing with hunger. Panic gripped me.

"What was he cooking?" I screamed inwardly, praying for escape.

But there was no way out. The figures closed in, and I realized the true horror of Gordon's course. We weren't just learning to cook; we were being prepared, transformed into something unholy, an offering to a malevolent force.

And as darkness consumed my vision, I finally understood the answer to my question.

He...

We went for the Steak Masterclass at Gordon Ramsay’s Academy and it was fabulous. All the staff were incredibly friendly and they all made a point of saying hello throughout the afternoon and wishing me a Happy Birthday. When we arrived we were shown to the cook book library and given the choice of tea or (very nice) coffee. We were lucky to be the only two in the class which was expertly run by Paul. Steak on the menu was Rump (which Paul cooked for us and it was sensational) we then had a Sirloin and and Fillet we were able to cook ourselves. On top of this Paul showed us how to make a Chimichurri sauce and a beautiful peppercorn sauce. Once we had finished cooking we were able to eat what we had cooked alongside a nice cold beer. As we’d finished a bit early as there were only two of us in the class Paul put on a fish cooking masterclass for us including Scallops, Bass, Plaice and Squid. We were given carry out containers for all the food that was left over and we were treated to a piece of birthday banana bread and a rendition of Happy Birthday. The premises themselves are top notch as is the kitchen set up. This was fantastic value for money given the amount of food we had and every single one of the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful or welcoming. I can not recommend this enough for any occasion and am looking forward to...

We visited this weekend for the Tapas course, there was myself my mum and sister. First off, i had booked this as a Christmas present to my mum and sister, we had to cancel and rebook the original course we had booked due to a family bereavement. I emailed the academy and they were exceptionally kind and accommodating and made rearranging very easy. When we arrived for our course, we were warmly welcomed and showed upstairs to teas, coffees and the most incredible brownies I had ever tasted!! We had our coffees in the beautiful lounge before being taken through the the kitchen and to be greeted by Beatrice, Beatrice was so lovely and made us all feel so very comfortable, everything was explained thoroughly and we were shown everything in detail, it felt as though it would be really manageable for anyone to attend. We were then showed through to a lovely room to enjoy our food and offered a glass of wine/beer to accompany. We were then given some tubs to take home our remaining food. We honestly couldn't have enjoyed our experience more and we absolutely will be back! The high level, standard and quality of everything, from the staff, the food, the decor, just everything, was incredible. A real great value for money and something really great to do together, i can't wait to book a family one to do with my children. Thank you for an extra...

I have just completed two fantastic courses – the "Taste of India" and "Beef Wellington." On the first day, our chef Pete guided us through the secrets of Indian culinary art. Pete was not only super nice but also extremely helpful. Exploring the variety of spices in Indian cuisine was fascinating, and the end result was simply delicious. In the "Beef Wellington" course, Marc led us through the preparation in a humorous and passionate manner. We crafted a delicate jus, mashed potatoes, and, of course, the Beef Wellington. All steps were precisely explained and demonstrated, ensuring nothing could go wrong. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to prepare and cook everything ourselves – a contrast to other courses where observation is more prominent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend these courses to anyone who enjoys cooking. On my next visit to London, I will definitely consider taking more courses. A heartfelt thank you to Pete and Marc for their patience and passion for cooking. It was a lot of fun!
