Following my first and last visit to this bar on 03.03.23 at 10:00 pm, I had a terrible experience and faced discrimination. When attending I was with my three Caucasian friends. I was then approached by the security guard in a rude manner stating that I could not enter the bar wearing my jacket. I was then shown to the cloakroom to rang my coat. The cost of the cloakroom was £2 so I proceeded to pay with Apple Pay. I was told only cash. As I did not have any cash I was told that I was not allowed in the bar with my friends. I then asked if I could leave my jacket outside as there were other jackets hung on the door. The security guard told me no. I then asked to speak to the manger. Following a discussion with the manger he said I could leave my jacket on the floor at my own discretion which I agreed to. Whilst inside the bar I then noticed around 20 other people inside wearing jackets and some of them were similar to mine. I don’t understand why I was treated in that way and separated from initially joining my friends when other people in the bar also had jackets on. Following my experience I feel as though I was treated unfairly and targeted. For that reason I will never visit the establishment again as it just ruined my...

Booked a table and paid a deposit. When we arrived, someone was sat at our table despite there being a reserved sign. We then had to order at the bar, although there were lots of staff on, they were not attentive or welcoming. Placed order, then informed they had no pulled beef, the person behind the bar making our cocktails had no idea what they were doing and were quite open about that. The bar was dirty as was the whole place. This was 5pm so I dread to think what state the place gets in later when there are a few more people there. Our food arrived, and was bought at different times to the table. No cutlery, no serviettes. The food was obviously just microwaved as it was dry and tasteless, the mozzarella sticks were overbooked and dry. No dips bought as ordered. The waitress had no idea what she was doing. No customer service skills. Overall very disappointing. Glad we didn’t book a bottomless brunch as that would inevitably have been a shambles. Definitely won’t...

I came here last week on Friday night for drinks. I looked at the fin menu, and ordered a Parma Violet gin. As it was made it was finished off with the cream topping. I had a look at the menu, saw nothing stated about allergens so I drank it. Save to say I regretted it. Egg whites. TGS foam contains egg white. It states TGS by bubbles contact egg whites but not TGS FOAM. I only drank a small amount because my lip began to swell and made me sick twice. (And toilets are VILE. Especially for someone who is trying to basically stop anaflaxtic shock.) I contacted the grain store, the check the allergens the next day, it was confirmed to me if definitely contained egg whites. The manager was going to 'phone me. In response to a Facebook message. One week later, and nothing. No apology, no message left. One week later and I'm still suffering from drinking it. So anybody with an egg allergy don't drink TGS foam. You need go...

Booked in for bottomless brunch. Was running a tad late and tried multiple times to call and no answer. Despite this when we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest of staff. Nat and Rhi I believe their names were. Informed us on how the evening will run and kept drinks flowing. They even acknowledged my dietary requirements so thank you. Had a chat with staff about your own infused gins which are to die for, didn’t mind paying extra to try them. Although limited on the bottomless drinks it’s definitely great value for money and will definitely be returning. UPDATE: Went again for another bottomless brunch. X10 better. Shannon and Natalia this time around we’re wonderful. Many more cocktail selections to choose from. And dietary requirements were still catered for. This is our new fave brunch place🍹 I’ll be back!

Went here on Friday. It was ok, nothing spectacular, it falls into mediocrity as being "just another bar". Once it starts to get busy there's no way you can dance, just not enough space or dedicated area and that's what our party wanted to do. Also, the 90s called, they want their toilet attendant back! Smallest toilets in the world so what do you do? Of course! Stick a bloke in there selling aftershave and deodorant near the sink at a quid a pop who you feel obligated to give money to just because you want to was your hands! One other thing, if you do remember anything from the 90s then you might be a tad too old for this place. 😉 That being said, we did have a bit of a laugh though.

Booked a bottomless brunch 2 weeks in advance with a £10 deposit. Received a reminder on the day to turn up for it etc. Turn up on the day to be told that they are not currently doing a bottomless brunch and our £10 deposit would convert to a bar tab. We ordered 2 of their £5 cocktail specials and were given 2 tiny cocktails which were finished in 30 seconds. Promptly walked out and will not be coming back. Heard good things about the brunch, shame it no longer exists. Currently in the bohemian bar around the corner enjoying a great bottomless brunch.
