Unimpressed, bad service by owner. I was inquiring food prices & detail, without taking my order the shop owner informed me he had already prepared Flaffal balls and I had to pay for them although I was still deciding on what to order. I ordered a chicken shawarma also & paid for the Flaffal. I requested for some garlic sauce twice yet he only applied a bare minimum on my shawarma roll, the shawarma was dry and not saucy, chicken was also very minimum mostly he added salad items. Flaffal balls were not fresh, neither was the salad, lacking the flavour! I merely went there seeing the nice rating. Overall price was steep not reasonable as he charged 5 £ for 5 Flaffal balls with 2 wraps I thought he will give Labenese flat bread. Considering the other reviews I decided to give it a try. I wish I didn’t. The charcoal grill is out of service which I didn’t realise. I ordered two lamb kebab in the Arabic bread and fries. So I should have cancelled as soon I saw them pull out a tortilla wrap from a plastic bag. Anyhow thought I’d give it a go. The lamb kebab which was supposed to be two turned out to be only one when I opened it up. Pretty tasteless. Also when they served it to me they forgot the fries even though I reminded them twice to check if they are making the fries.

Overall I would say avoid and if you want a tasteful authentic kebab then go to dera in walsall which is way better value for money and better tasting.

Overall this restaurant is very good Nice atmosphere and got to sit instantly. Once I opened the menu I was astonished by the cheap prices I usually don’t compare to other restaurants but compared to most Arab restaurants these prices are excellent. Now let’s talk about the food simply amazing the fact that the chick burger has a fresh chicken fille rather than just a cold circular chicken like McDonald’s there’s a variety of options to choose from and all the food comes in large size to fill your stomach. The prices matched to the food is unreal. The fries can be ordered separately and have some spices on top which pretty much no other restaurant does.
