Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Worcester

They made my drink wrong the first time and second time! I asked for a summer berry cooler bearing in mind I had one in the Tewksbury shop that morning which was made perfectly! When I received the drink in Worcester it was runny not thick as it usually is ( remember I mention Tewksbury. It was lovely and thick) I asked why the thickening powder wasn’t added both times and was told they don’t add powder in any of the Costa’s (apparently the shop manager has worked in all Costa’s! ) When I told her I had one that morning in Tewksbury and it was made with powder she basically called me a liar ! She was very rude. Customer service was nonexistent! I asked for a refund she didn’t say please or thank you once. She ordered my husband to come to the till for the refund ! Not one apology from her. The worst Costa experience I’ve ever...

I love this place but unfortunatly in my last visit was the last. This place as been degradating for few years now. In my last visit i started by having to clean my own table, the the cutlery were disgusting, have ask to be replaced and and a very bad actitude from the guy at the till, than for my surprise my drink was with hairs and again after asking for new drink didnt receive any apology or simpathy from the staff. This was defenetly my last visit. Not to mention the prices are a total rip off, obviusly nothing to...
