We've ordered twice from this place through Uber Eats, and both experiences have been really different. The first time, the food was absolutely awesome and arrived early (within 15 mins of ordering!) So we thought we'd go for it again tonight. Unfortunately, I don't know fully what happened, maybe the delivery driver was having a bad night or there was a miscommunication, but the food was over an hour late and cold. We rang up twice and they didn't understand why it hadn't arrived. I'll give a big thank-you to the lady on till though, she was very sweet and understanding, managed to get us in contact with the delivery driver. The driver eventually arrived and gave us a very vague apology and explanation as to why the food was so late, along the lines of "I was in your area and then they called me up, told me to call you. I looked at the ticket and realised the food was an hour late, sorry. Anyway, here you go." Just, what..? It was a real shame because their food is so good, we would've loved to have it a little hotter and fresher. I hope we can...

Edit and update Gave them another chance and the order was missing multiple items. The .manager called me after my just eat review and said I would have a comp order next time and that was much appreciated. I called to place the order as instructed by the manager only to have my order taken then when they took my details said they were then closed and hung up on me. I walked around to the restaurant only to be told the manager said not to allow me to order again and I was refused service. 4 people in the restaurant, 2 staff and 2 alleged customers who laughed at me and when asked why they were laughing I was told they were told all about me and my bad review and carried on laughing, absolutely disgusting, do not order unless you want to be bullied and verbally abused and have your review discussed with customers. No wonder this place is having to apologise for previous behaviour, ABSOLUTELY AVOID...
Read moreFood was okay, seems under staffed, not sure if this place has management but could definitely do with changes, has a great aesthetics but slight things changed can make this place great, better advertising to start off with, I saw this place in the newspaper by luck because I wrap them up at my work but for the place it is they are advertising to the wrong people, also the physical place is cold, simple header should do the trick. This door was open letting in a loud noise banking and squeaking next door and simply closing it would have helped and perhaps music to set the mood of the shop. A social media presence would help boost this place as I get Hanbao vibes but it just needs adjustments. Finally person who took our order didn’t know how to use the register so changed us a random amount, for £10 my girlfriend got a bigger and cheese bites, for £8 I got chips, a drink, a burger and chicken wings, so either she got over charged or I got undercharged but main point being it wasn’t right.
