Herbies Cafe — Restaurant in Wychavon

To day September the 2nd we had taken are grand daughter to Herbies she had a tosted sandwich & a milkshake. She told us that she is going to take her mother because she found that it was very good .We asked why & this what she told us the milkshake was out of this world & the toasted was the same .This come from 8 year old. We go there because it's got good atmosphere , very clean & the food is very good to. Thank you Graham & Val + grand daughter .Now this a new review for August 2023 this the place to a great coffee or milkshakes which out of this world . You site outside if like. The food is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful + welcoming So just go there find out or self . If you are disabled you can go up the back by passage to the right of the front now it's end September so decided to go to Evesham and drop into Herbies for a milkshake which the best one around. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. I want to introduce you to two of the nicest peeps I've met in quite a while. Oscar and Ellie. They didn't poke me with a pointy stick, they didn't spit at me, they did nothing but make me feel very welcome at Herbies. Despite me being my usual gobby self they smiled and made me feel completely at home. I was presented with a lovely cup of coffee with a splendid swirly and they made me a delicious ham and cheese sandwich complete with crisps. Herbies is an example of another cafe where I positively hate myself for not awarding the full five stars. I'm so disappointed in me that I'll be sending myself to bed tonight without any supper (I don't care, that sandwich was very filling). Herbies is homely, friendly and lots of other nice things. If you're ever in Evesham you've gotta visit and enjoy some lovely beverii (the new plural of beverage) and home cooked food. I guarantee...

This restaurant is absolutely disgraceful. The worker I dealt with was not only rude but openly racist. He laughed in my face and pretended not to understand me simply because I’m Saudi. I left the restaurant as soon as he laughed I didn’t even order. That is humiliating, degrading, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever have to experience that kind of disrespect. If this is the type of staff they hire, it says everything about how little they value their customers. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to think twice before supporting a place that allows such behavior....
