UPDATE* After the salon reached out, I went back to get my nails fixed. Steven did an AMAZING job. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy throughout the whole process. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’m glad I gave them another chance. Sometimes people just have bad days… I’m thinking that was the case here. Tried a new salon (closer to home) for the first time. Place was very clean and people were friendly. Gave two stars because my experience took over 2 hours to get a gel fill. (Normally only takes a hour) Left with two nails rigid. The girl filed down the ends of the nails and took off the polish from most of my nails in doing so. My two daughters and I had an amazing experience at Glossy Nails! The salon is extremely clean, modern, and has a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable from start to finish.

Our nail technicians did an outstanding job! They were meticulous with shaping and polishing, and the end result was absolutely stunning. My nails look flawless, and the design I chose was done with such precision. This is the only salon in the area with kids size pedicure chairs which won my daughters over immediately!

I also appreciate their attention to hygiene and customer care. It’s clear they take pride in their work and want every client to leave happy. This is the ONLY nail salon you should be going to. Had a gel pedicure appointment yesterday. The first three colors I picked they did not have (hot pink). Not a color out of the ordinary especially for summer. Finally had the fourth color I choose. But what surprised me the most was there was no massage. That’s the best part and what people look forward to with any pedicure!! Once the polish was on my toes and dry she said you’re all done. I was a bit annoyed and confused. Was it because the color situation threw her off? Or because there was someone waiting for a manicure after me?
