I recently dined at Flame Hibachi in Aberdeen, Maryland, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, perfect for enjoying a hibachi dining experience.

Now, let’s talk about the food! The hibachi steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor, while the chicken and shrimp were equally impressive. The vegetables were fresh and crispy, and the fried rice was so delicious that I couldn't stop myself from going back. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that no one left hungry!

What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Their friendliness added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

Flame Hibachi is a fantastic spot for a fun night out, whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a delicious meal. I can't recommend it enough! I will definitely be returning soon for another round of fantastic food and...

My expectations were not kept in check! While the delivery service was pretty fast at ~40mins and ease of ordering online convenient, the beef hibachi/fried rice and chicken/salmon flame/fried rice combo meals were mid level. To note, special request was "make spicy 🔥" which to Flame meant throwing in quite a few packets of Sriracha (do appreciate this), instead of sauced properl with something original to them. The ordinary tasting teriyaki sauce was simply regular. The rice wasn't so fried, but kinda wet. Proteins were cooked well (a highlight), but lacked crispiness anticipated. Veggies were basic. It is what it is for the fantastic low price, so I'll probably order again and give this place a second look.

Keep in mind, this hibach is about 2 weeks 'new' to the area, so I feel there is a lot of potential for Flame to step up into something incredible for us. Portions were big, and I have a full belly, this review isn't a complaint - it's simply an honest opinion that is solely mine and not representative of the 40+ five stars seen already by those who have enjoyed it more than wifey and myself.

The menu may be small. But the food is great. The employees are nice and helpful. Order ahead of time like 15-30 minutes before hand. It may be busy busy, like its been the past couple days. Ordered 2 different sushis and a tea. My wait time was close to 20 minutes. But they were packed last night around 7ish.
