Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Aberdeen

Otdered 18 inch veggie alfredo pizza, 12 inch fish filet sub with fried onions, lettuce, tomato, provologne cheese, mayonnaisse and hots, two order of onion rings. I paid $84.40 including 15% tip. The food came in a timely manner on Sun 7/9/23, in the evening around 5 to 7ish. This was the most flavorless food I ever ate. The pizza's alfredo sauce has no seasoning, just a creamy sauce like plain bachemel, sparse amount of veggies. The sub had maybe a smear of mayo, meager fish filets with thin breading and no seasoning what-so-ever, might as well as not had any lettuce, tomatoes, or onions, the amount was so rediculously small, cheese was imperceptible, with small particles of hot pepper spread out so that there was lot's of space between each particle. The roll was thin and had no flavor. It was like chewing some mass without substance or presence and absolutely no flavor. The onion rings were slightly over cooked, tough and leathery, no batter, just bread crumb adhered to the onion somehow with some very thin membranous thing that was rubbery. I have been a regular customer of this location for three years. Unfortunately, yesterday was my last time ordering from this establishment. I ordered delivery($4 charge ) and when the food came the pizza and mozzarella sticks were cold. The wings were still hot and edible. I called and requested them to make a new pizza and would come pick it up if the reason for cold pizza was too many deliveries. I was first offered a 10% discount on my next order and no offer to remake the food. The manager then said to me “ can you put it in the oven”. The very reason I ordered food out was to have it prepared for my family and it is absurd to have asked me that. Finally after putting me on hold for 7 minutes, he offered to remake the pizza and have it delivered. At this point I didn’t trust they wouldn’t spit in my food or do something to it so I took the loss. I didn’t ask them for a whole new order just to simply remake what was cold and even offered to come pick it up. I have never had that experience before and the people who worked there were always pleasant. The pizza was best around. For me, my family will not be dining...

This is an odd one. They offer green olives so I love this place. But more than half the time we order here the pizza crust is not cooked all the way through. They're usually great about replacing it, but that sucks to wait another 40 minutes with hungry kids. Haven't reviewed yet with that because usually it's alright, but this time was especially odd. They asked for the old pizza back, ok, we have it back, we weren't gonna eat it, but seems odd. Then the new pizza came back with gooey crust in the middle, and the reason this isn't a one star is because the cheese was darker, you can tell they tried. But fair warning, I think it's just their dough or baking method. If you want a finished pizza, preheat your oven when you order... Not joking , the price, speed, and taste of the other stuff means this is still an option, just giving...
