I came in with 3 people. As we walked to the register we overheard several customers talking with staff to fix orders that were messed up. Not a good sign. One of my friends ordered an extra ingredient on their burrito that they did not have in stock. A staff member walked to the counter yelling (I'm paraphrasing but it went something like): "whoever ordered this burrito you ain't gettin' no jalapeno sauce on it so you better pick something else!" He was visibly flustered after the other messed up orders and had a difficult time containing his temper in general (I would honestly feel the same way if I was an underpaid fastfood employee). No harm no foul because we got the food we wanted and promptly left. Now... My expectations are not that high for taco bell. I want it hot and hold the food poisoning. So they delivered on that with my tacos, but one of my burritos had a huge lump of cold refried beans in it. It was pretty terrible even by taco bell standards. Anyways, If management is reading this I would recommend some team building exercises that can help build comroderie behind the counter and try to focus that energy on delivering a quality customer experience. Yes its a fast food job, but treating it as an opportunity to problem solve, build social skills, and understand how a business works can help you lay the foundation for helping yourself and others around you. If the staff could understand that I bet you could turn this establishment into a regular hotspot...

Read moreI have been to many Taco Bells in my life, so I am no stranger to the food. The two-star rating is due to the service. It would be fewer stars if I wasn't allowing for the fact that I ordered inside about 15 minutes before the dining room closed; I ordered To Go and the restaurant stayed open until 3 a.m. The staff was not even remotely cordial, one female employee actually scowled every time I saw her. While waiting, I heard yelling and things being slammed around in the kitchen. The customer ahead of me got the wrong order because they had made the previous order twice. When he asked what was in the bag, the cashier gave him a "Yeah, yeah, yeah" response without checking, so it wasn't until AFTER he left and his real order came out that the mistake was clear. Even then, the staff had no idea of their error. When I tried to explain to them why they had an extra bag on the counter, they looked at me like I was trying to be shady. I drove over ten miles to get to this Taco Bell, but I will drive farther to avoid it next time. Normally, regular tacos are wrapped differently from the Doritos tacos - the wrappers are designed to say which is which - but I had to check them all to tell them apart. Additionally, the tacos were under-filled, unsurprising based on the attitude hanging in the air. I love Taco Bell normally, so this experience was...
