MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes — Restaurant in Abilene

If you plan to go for JUST shakes, be prepared to wait until the cashier is done taking ALL orders IF a rush comes in. In our case we had to wait 25-30 mins for 3 milkshakes while we watched them encounter a rush after our order was placed and they continued to take orders and serve every person around us not only their food but als their SHAKES. People came and went, and we still were waiting on our 3 milkshakes, upon giving the manager the chance to explain what was going on and make it right, she offered my family of 4 one free burger meal if we chose to return and how the cashier is still in training. I kindly denied because after spending almost $20 on 3 shakes and waiting dang near 30 mins is RIDICULOUS and the fact that this was all she was offering is sad... I guess it's our fault we had to wait because we didn't order food with our shakes, or that they are don't have enough employees.

For the owner, please get more help in this establishment or come up with a better plan of action. One cashier had to finish a line that never ended in order to make our 3 shakes while everyone else was taken care of in a timely manner. the location is small and the pallet of fries directly Infront of the kiosk is poorly planned, crams up the front even more and trips people. ALSO to add when the manager was delivering food, she SHOULD have been Checking on her customers and would have noticed us sitting there so long, maybe then she could have asked us what we were waiting on..or if we were ok.

I Sincerely hope some kind of training could be used from this, because all the manager (whom didn't even introduce herself) could NONREALISTICALLY PROMISE was she would/could remember everyone by name and would promise if we return the next visit would be better.

The facility was at least clean when we arrived but other than that our visit sucked and was a complete waste of not only money...

I ordered delivery. When my food was delivered the delivery guy was awesome. He immediately told me that one of the shakes had been leaking. So before he handed it to me he made sure that I had something to put underneath the drink carrier. Then when I open the bags my son's chicken strips were wrapped in the foil wrap. When I open those they were obviously cooked in old grease. The fries were limp and greasy. And served in cups. I don't know if that's something that they normally do or what but it was weird to me. The burgers were not very good quality either for the amount of money that we paid. We spent about $60 for three meals. I expected to have that at a relatively high quality even for delivery. The bacon on my mom's Burger was one strip of bacon broken up in about four pieces. She asked for mustard and you could barely tell mustard was on it. My burger was okay nothing great about it. Certainly not worth the amount of money. There's nothing good about what we got. We will not be ordering...

The guy who handles the grill is an amazing cook. I saw him back there cooking and occasionally he will hand me my order or work the register. I told him how grateful I was to have him make my order. He takes pride in his craft, rare for a fast casual burger place. The owner is always super nice to me, very nice lady. Their ingredients are always fresh and crisp produce. The buns taste freshly baked. The meat is generously portioned and the fries are above average and taste like fresh, real potato's. By far the best burger in Abilene. I love this place and order as often as I can. The only thing I don't like are their overly sweet milkshakes. I wish they were more creamy, thicker and less sugary. But a small complaint. Their service and delicious & fresh burgers keep me coming back. I usually always online order but sometimes I eat it for here because I want to enjoy it before my longish drive home so that it's...
