I’m usually not too much of a harsh critique, but that was not worth the 15 dollars. Food was mostly uninspiring, to tell you the truth. Two out of our three meals were also incorrect when received. One was corrected after what came off to me as slight hassle and the other seemed fine. Well, at least until it was bitten into and behold! No added meat that was paid for. This was our first experience and I don’t personally understand the hype. That matters A LOT, make every experience a good first impression even if it’s not. With that being said, employees should be more welcoming and attentive to customers. No hellos, or even heys, and not even a prompt when customers were centered straight in front of the register. Although, the cashier was friendly when interacted with. That and the sodas were good and the station was clean, so thumbs up on that. But, at least a hey welcome to torchys? Something? Anything is better than dead silence and even then standards should be set higher than that. To make a long story shorter, all I’m really asking is where is y’all’s gusto? Read moreInconsistent. Sometimes the portions will be larger, and the chips great. Other times the portions will be tiny, and chips stale or rubbery.
Most my bad quality experiences with food has been to go orders. The quality seems worse with to go orders, and multiple times I have had limes, sauce missing, food cold, or pick up time not matching the app timer. Pick up times being incorrect has made come here on lunch difficult.
TLDR: Your experience will vary from great to bad. Dine in seems consistently better for whatever reason.
Edit: Reducing from 3 to 2 stars. While the food is good and is the only reason I continue coming I have continued to have issues with take out, and poor customer service when there is an issue with my food.
Furthermore I have had bad experiences dinning in. Most recently it was hilariously bad how disorganized the service was. Every table pretty much got their order wrong in the dining area, and food kept getting sent back.

Read moreThe place was really clean. We didn't have a wait at all. The ladies up front were super friendly and were making sure everyone was getting taken care of. We placed the order and they gave us a free queso. It turned out that the queso had guacamole in it which I happened to be very allergic to. My husband asked the girls up front if we could exchange it for one without. They were all so apologetic and even brought out a manager to apologize which was definitely not necessary. We didn't know it came with it and they didn't know we couldn't have it. They fixed it immediately. All of the teams members were very friendly and took care of everything quickly. They were very happy and all had smiles on their face is which rare to see in food atmospheres these days. The food was delicious. Definitely very filling.
