To the people at the Arby's website connection you sent to me yo get more info... the link will not work and i cant copy it. There iz no way im typing all that into a browserone in order to get customers through the line so they can serve other people in a more efficient manner. I ordered a large crinkle cut fry. I received one half of it as those curly fries which I'm allergic to something in the seasoning of or they are to spicy.. either way I didn't order them. And some waffle fry looking things and then about 15 curly fries. And even at that they were smashed into the container for each layer. And so cold they had congealed. And ypu have to order 2 cheese sauce because even though you pay a large sum of money to get the cheese you only get 1/3 of a cup. And it is also cold so it's more sluceable cheese than it is sauce. And as I was trying to order the cashier kept saying is there anything else? After each thing I said. I would have ordered more however I figured if she was in that big of a hurry she had to keep pushing me along I needed to go somewhere else to get the rest of the food I needed. I mean give me the time to tell you what I need... NOT. Anything else? Yes I need no salt. Anything else? I need sauce. Anything else? I need lemonade. Anything else.

Read moreI come here quite often and usually the staff is very friendly but today I witnessed, someone I believe to be a manager, be extremely rude. On my receipt it says the drive thru cashier is Maggie..she was very nice..I had a coupon that you get in the mail for $1.99 mozzarella sticks..I have always had it handed back to me, because you can use it more than once..Maggie handed it back to me, and then who I assume is a manager walked over and said Maggie needed to get the coupon back from me and was extremely rude, Maggie said it said it can be used up to 6 times so she handed it back, and the other lady said she didn’t care and I had to give it back and that she had already told Maggie she couldn’t hand them back. She was extremely rude and her tone was hateful. I work in customer service and you don’t talk to other employees like that. Absolutely awful attitude. Then we realized something else it had no peppers or onions on the sandwich. I questioned the girl at the counter she said she didn't know why they didn't have them. Another woman overheard and said "Oh we are out of peppers and onions" well shouldn't this be told before you order? The girl who took our order said she had just came on shift and no one had told her. We passed up a steak restaurant cause these limited sandwiches looked delicious and we wanted to try them.
