if i could give this restaurant 0 stars i would. it was 9pm when i came on 6/2/19 when i went. there were 2 other customers there besides me and my family, yet it took 10 minutes of us standing in front of the register to even get our order taken. then, when the worker finally decided to take our order, she didnt even give us our receipt or the cups for the 4 teas we asked for. so we had to wait another 2 minutes to ask for cups. then we noticed that there was only one unlabeled tea container beside the drink machine so we asked her if there was sweet and unsweet tea over there. i saw her look over there and see the 1 container and then she had the courage to lie straight to our faces and say they were both over there and had just been refilled. so we just wiped it off and went to get our ice. but guess what? there was no ice in the drink machine. so we went and asked for ice which took another 5 minutes. eventually we did get ice and then went to the tea container. and as one could guess comma, that was completely empty as well. so we waited another 3 minutes at the register to give this lady our 4 cups so she could fill it with the tea from the drive through. however, even though all 4 cups were touching, she only picked up 3. and i noticed pretty quickly so i said “hey u forgot my cup” loud enough that the whole place turned and looked at me except the worker i was speaking to. and she looked very annoyed already so i just went to the drink machine and got dr pepper instead. 5 minutes later she returns with the 3 cups and our food and one of our 3 burgers that was supposed to be chicken was beer. in conclusion it took 25 minutes to get 3 burgers and 4 drinks to go. this is pitiful and im very...
Read moreThis place was beyond awful! It took over 30 minutes just to get to place our order and once we paid it took another 30-35 minutes to get our order. There was a pick up truck that was in front of us getting their order. The cashier was leaning out of the window with no mask or gloves just carrying on a normal conversation. I rolled my window down to see what they were talking about and he was telling the customer about his mother also being on Medicaid. They were having a normal conversation. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. When we finally got to the window, he proceeded to ask us if we had two pieces of chicken, my husband said no I had a double with and before he could get the next word out the cashier started to ask if it was that same chicken order. He kept talking over my husband in stead of listening. It took twenty five minutes and my husband asking for his receipt and the corporate office number for us to get our order. The cashier said oh, she did your order wrong and charged you for a single and my husband said she read the order back to me. Let me have the corporate office number. The cashier proceeded to say I want charge the the difference and left the window. Came back with the food gave it to us and left the window and still no receipt. No employees in this restaurant were wearing mask and you could see the dining room full of customers and they were sitting at tables right next to each other. ...
Read moreThis place needs to be reviewed by upper management ! Tonight we went thru the drive thru and it took us almost 30 minutes to place and receive our order !! The cashier at the first window was obviously impaired , her speech was slurred and her eyes were red . She was not able to give back change , she opened the register to early and ask me what my total was ! She then stood there for a minute and picked up a calculator and tried to figure out the change . I had given her a 50.00 and out order came to 20.92 , she said now how much do I owe you ? I told her our change would be 29.08 , she kept standing there thinking then said ok, and handed me the change ! If I were a dishonest person I could have gotten whatever amount I wanted back ! Then we moved up to the pick up window and obviously the person at that window was having a bad day also ! He seemed agitated and looked like he was having a hard time concentrating on the orders , other employees kept coming to him and asking questions ! He told one of the employees to tell the customer that the gift card machine wasn’t working right now and she replied REALLY , you want me to say that and he said , can you think of a better lie !!!
