Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Abington Township

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I waited three hours for food I never received. And I have the dominos tracker app. I have been ordering from this location for years and never have been so disrespected from here. I placed an order at 930 and around 1030 it says on the app it was delivered, but I received nothing, I called the store spoke to a woman she said the driver left it’s on its way. So I was sitting outside waiting for this order. About 15 minutes later I called again and a man spoke and said she’s still out doing deliveries it should be there soon. Which I understand that I worked in a pizza shop through out highschool. Around 1050 I called again and I’m being told that my order was dropped out to look around and check outside. I have looked outside I checked outside my door and my neighbors door, up and down the drive way all over. But on top of it all no one has driven down my block in about an hour anyway. And then around 11 I speak to a woman who said she will make the food Again and drop it off herself this time. And now it’s 1140 and I have not received anything. I call for a refund this time. And this time the driver is cursing at me and my boyfriend saying she dropped it off, but she didn’t. And we already paid for the order and tipped her on the card through the app. She’s trying to say we’re lying and this and that. And the other woman takes the phone back after letting us get disrespected and tells us we can stop by for a refund receipt because I asked about if I can get proof of the refund going through. And my boyfriend and I drive over there and they are saying we’re closed we’re closed. And finally the woman I spoke to on the phone Is like well your foods in the oven it’ll take about 8 minutes and it’s like almost 12 am. I have been waiting since 930 I no longer want it neither does my boyfriend at this point just a refund. And she proceeds to say in front of us to the other workers this is what I don’t understand. All because I waited almost 3 hours no I don’t want the food anymore you ruined my appetite after working a 12 hour shift and waiting almost 3 hours for food. And then she’s like this is the driver who took your food and I asked if she dropped it at the wrong address because I’ve lived at my address for over 3 years and never had a delivery issue before. She proceeds to start cursing me and my boyfriend out and telling us we’re liars and all of this stuff. If we were lying why would we keep calling about our food and drive up for a refund for never receiving it and on top of it all, my account has all my information and they can see the amount of orders I’ve placed on that account for the last 10 years without any issues. And the woman there was basically like it’s not my fault it’s the drivers whatever, but it is your job to make it right and it was never made right like that’s poor customer service. And proceeds to hand me a slip which was supposed to be my refund, but it was not a refund slip it was someone else’s order slip. And at this point we just left so we never received our food and we’re mistreated about it for hours. And moral of this is I will never be spending money with dominos again after years of coming to...

This review has a couple of parts. The staff. When I got there, an employee was outside on the phone talking about his legal issues. I went inside. Nobody realized that i had walked in to pick up my food for about 5-10 minutes. I heard them asking each other where the other employee was, cause they were busy and behind. In the almost 30 minutes that I was there, the employee outside never came back inside the store. While I was waiting, a woman came inside carrying a pizza that they messed up. A box of food fell off the rack onto the floor. The food didn't fall out of the box, but the box did open upside-down. They just picked up the boxes and put them back on the rack.

The food. If I were just getting pizza 🍕 the rating may be a little bit higher. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and wings as well. The sandwiches were very greasy and looked thrown together. The wings. They told me they didn't have the garlic parm wings only barbecue. After someone back and forth of me telling them that I didn't order or want barbecue, they magically were able to make the garlic parm.

The food was horrible. My kids didn't even want to eat it, just on looks alone.

They really need to get their staff in order, and maybe it wouldn't have been so bad.

I'll order from here again just to see if things have improved, but maybe only the pizza. Around here, there are a dozen pizza parlors to get food from. They really need to work...

WARNING DO NOT ORDER HERE! This is by far the worst dominoes I’ve ever had and this location is terrible. I ordered at 7:00 and it was simple a thing crust pizza with chicken, onion and mushroom and 32 piece breadsticks. Checked and hour later it did not leave the store yet no problem but 2 hours later it finally leaves. Wow I should have canceled it from there. With 3 trips of orders on the way that is defiantly my order will be cold and after those trips of orders that the delivery driver had to stop at he finally arrived. He gave me my order and the condition which is awesome 👏 (terrible condition). His car also had 2 dogs in it. How is that allowed on the job dominoes because I just realized my order is probably messed up from those 2 dogs thanks a lot. And the food well greased and box squashed. The pizza did not look done and the breadsticks were greasy to hell and some of them looked like it was still frozen. I ate most of it and I don’t feel well. Worst place to order do not order at this dominoes location have a local pizza place or rather have something else than this place. Thanks manger credit is not enough for what you give a least other places replace the food and have the meal in great condition. NEVER...
