Yesterday morning I ordered a Venti Iced Pumpkin spiced Latte along with 4 other drinks and received grande for that one. I made the male barista aware of the error and there were no apologies. He callously stated that I get back in line and get recharged for a new one. Not considering the fact that I just waited in line and waited 10 minutes for my first order. Fine. I did just that. I came here excited to have a more conveniently located stand-alone Starbucks. I've nearly stopped going to Starbucks because they are all too far. Yay to becoming a regular again! Ordered a $24 dollar Coffee traveler for the house, came without creamer, cups, sugar etc. Not to mention the our 2 banana walnut pounds cake slices were ice cold!
