I placed an order for two coffees and two sandwiches in the drive thru at 12:56 p.m. When I got home, I noticed that the one coffee was labeled a completely different coffee than what I ordered (I ordered a large hot coffee cream and sugar and was given decaf latte with oat milk). Not only that, but the label on the wrong coffee cup states 12:15 p.m. They intentionally gave me someone's order that perhaps a customer didn't come to pick up. It was over 40 minutes later that I placed my order from the cup labeled 12:15. I thought at first they gave me someone else's order by mistake but the time difference doesn't make sense. Plus no one was in front of me or behind me. The sandwiches were on stale bread and the butter tasted rancid. I called Dunkin' Customer Service and they said the owner would reach out to me for a refund and they never did and it's been over a week. I asked twice to confirm he charged me and he said yes then closed the window without giving me a receipt. Well I checked my account and he charged me twice then had the nerve to ask her to pay $4 for her bagel. $4 for a bagel?!? She ended up paying cash for it and he closed the window without giving a receipt again. How is that right when he charged me $2.64 for the same bagel. Read moreThis Dunkin is so rude. Everytime I go there they mess up my order...EVERY time. I do not go there as often as I used to but I only get one drink and the same every time and it is still messed up. Also, when I go in instead of drive thru they do not even help me until their drive thru line is done. I would wait there for 10 minutes and I would be the only one in there and still no help. When I called to tell them how they have constantly been messing up they just say tell us next time you come in. I do and they still mess it up. All I ever get is one large tea and every large tea gets two tea bags and its only one, not only do they raise there prices every week they should at least get your drink...
